Don't forget to help your comrade-in-arms develop when you get rich and still keep the ecology.
As an ordinary veteran, Zhang Anming in Liuguang Town, Xiuwen County has different dreams and pursuits. In his mind, he should not forget to help his comrades-in-arms to get rich, and to keep the ecological bottom line for development. He let kiwifruit be planted in the base and become the meeting point on the road of development.
The story also began in 2002. After more than a decade of hard work, Zhang Anming finally had his own engineering team and transferred to the province to contract earth and rock projects, with an annual income of more than 200,000 yuan. In principle, he had no worries about food and clothing, and he was secure in his twilight years, but he always had a heart in his heart and worried about his comrades-in-arms who had no means of living.
"it makes me feel bad to see that their life is difficult. I just want to do something real for them. What should I do? It's a kind of kiwifruit. " Zhang Anming will do what he says.
After market investigation, Zhang Anming finally decided to take a road of sustainable development-- to establish a kiwifruit base in the new countryside of his hometown Liuguang Town, to take the management road of "production, processing, and sales," and to invigorate and strengthen Yanjiao kiwifruit growers' professional cooperatives, so that veterans and people around them have more employment and entrepreneurial opportunities.
In the village where Zhang Anming is located, the ecological vegetation is good and the forest coverage is high. According to the relevant legal system, kiwifruit planting bases are not allowed to occupy the original woodland. Zhang Anming and his comrades-in-arms have transferred a piece of uncultivated wasteland, plus some arable land that can grow kiwifruit. In June last year, Zhang Anming planted more than 100 mu of kiwifruit, and radiation led veterans and people to grow 1100 mu of kiwifruit.
In addition to contracting villagers' land, in order to help everyone get rich together and solve the problem of manpower shortage in his own park, Zhang Anming also invited villagers to work for him. At present, 20 people have signed labor contracts with Zhang Anming, and many villagers have come back to work for a short time.
When you get rich, you can't forget to help your comrades-in-arms, and you have to keep the ecological bottom line for development. Zhang Anming even put his mind into it.
According to Zhang Anming, 400 pigs, hundreds of chickens and geese are also raised in his kiwifruit park. He plans to use livestock manure to fertilize the soil, which not only saves costs, but also improves the quality of kiwifruit. This way of recycling and reuse of resources has been widely promoted among their comrades-in-arms.
Now, Zhang Anming is also planning kiwifruit deep processing production line, the construction of cold storage and other matters, to truly achieve "production, processing, sales" one-stop. Zhang Anming said: if we want to develop, we must also be ecological, and we must not lose either.
