Shen Bin, manager of Hangzhou Wang's Yangcheng Lake hairy crab Fengqi Road store, told reporters that there are 17 stores in Hangzhou, like our flagship store, which can sell out 600 jin a day.

According to the staff, the best sellers are 4 taels of male crabs and 3 taels of female crabs, both of which cost 468 yuan per jin. If you choose a combination of 8 meals, it will be cheaper, with a total price of 700 yuan. The most expensive ones are 5 double male crabs and 3.5 double female crabs, which are sold only at a price of 368 yuan each.

Compared with last year, Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs came on the market late, and the price is slightly higher, which is related to the late maturity and less quantity of crabs. Shen Bin said: "because of the continuous high temperature in July and August this year, and there are many Rain Water in August, the crabs from Yangcheng Lake at the end of September are relatively tender, so the real mature time will be about 10 days later than last year."

Staff expect that after National Day holiday, Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs will be listed in large quantities, and the price will also fall by about 10%. If you are not in a hurry to taste something fresh, it is a good choice after National Day holiday.
