The Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Project, led by the Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, has been organized and implemented since 2016, which defines 2016 to 2017 as the pilot exploration period, 2018 to 2020 as the adjustment and promotion period, and after 2021 as the sustained and stable support period. During the pilot exploration period, the budget target of the provincial financial project is 60 million yuan per year.
