It was decided that the draft document should be submitted to the sixth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee for deliberation after revision in the light of the opinions discussed at this meeting.

The meeting held that the CPC Central Committee has solicited opinions on the two draft documents of the plenary session within a certain scope of the party, with the aim of fully carrying forward democracy, concentrating the wisdom of the whole party, and gathering the consensus of the whole party to revise the draft documents. Various regions, departments and parties have put forward many valuable opinions and suggestions.
