Zhao Binghui, a villager of Xipu Village, Tangfeng Town, Shenzhou City, Hebei Province, lost his arms when he was accidentally hit by a high-voltage power line at the age of 16. When he was young, he had the idea of committing suicide, but with the encouragement and help of his family, he rekindled his confidence in life. With a strong will, Zhao Binghui overcame difficulties that ordinary people could not imagine, and learned to eat and dress with his feet, turn books and write, and other skills.

Over the years, Zhao Binghui has been engaged in fruit trafficking, wood sales, wood processing and other businesses. In 2010, with the help of the local government and relatives and friends, Zhao Binghui set up a wood processing factory, specializing in packing boxes, and later changed to template production. Relying on hard work and honest management, Zhao Binghui's enterprise continues to expand and provide jobs for more people. Never forgetting to be grateful for getting rich, Zhao Binghui also took the initiative to give up the treatment of the tax relief policy for entrepreneurship for the disabled and paid full taxes to the state.

Zhao Binghui's story of continuous self-improvement, starting a business and enriching the people has infected many people, and has been called by the local people as a "tough guy without arms."

"it was my misfortune to lose my arms, but I got the warmth and love of society. Now I would like to use my practical actions to inspire more disabled people to become self-reliant and grateful for giving back to society. " Zhao Binghui said.
