The results of environmental maintenance in long holiday scenic spots are guided by eye-catching management.

For many years, the problem of littering is a "difficult problem" in front of scenic spot managers on holidays. During this year's National Day holiday, many places have taken active actions to advocate voluntary service, guide tourists to participate, and strengthen management and protection. Environmental protection and civilized tourism have achieved good results. The person in charge of many scenic spots lamented that there was much less littering in this Golden week.

Volunteer service becomes a landscape.

06:10 in the morning of October 1st, Tiananmen Square. In the cheers of about 110000 spectators, the five-star red flag fluttered in the wind amid the majestic national anthem. Shortly after the flag-raising ceremony, the "garbage Zero Plan" team, composed of nearly 30 students from the International Department of Beijing No. 35 Middle School, came to Tiananmen Square to begin the journey of "garbage zero clearance".

"the square as a whole is relatively clean, but there is also some scattered rubbish." Hou Yuchen, a volunteer of the team, told reporters, "many tourists who come to the square will buy some stickers on their faces, and sometimes when they accidentally fall off and stick to the ground, it will be more difficult to tear them off." Hou Yuchen said while tearing the sticker on the ground with his hand. Thanks to the efforts of the volunteers, there was almost no rubbish on the ground of the square after dawn.

The "garbage Zero Plan" activity is sponsored by the Beijing Charity Volunteer Federation, with the participation of students from many schools. During the National Day holiday, it was divided into 14 groups to maintain the environmental hygiene of Tiananmen Square and its surrounding areas throughout the day, while encouraging all citizens and tourists to start with themselves to "clean up" the garbage.

Tourists and citizens participate together

During the National Day holiday, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province launched a series of activities of "Civilization I participate and satisfied in Guiyang" ecological civilization voluntary service series, carrying out garbage-for-gift campaign to guide tourists and citizens to participate in garbage clean-up and take good care of the park environment.

In Qianlingshan Park, visitors take used food bags, mineral water bottles, paper towels and other rubbish out of the park and can change a bottle of mineral water or a pen. Volunteer Wang Fang said that "a pen" and "a bottle of water" are small, but they awaken and strengthen people's sense of civilization.

"the small gifts from collecting garbage in the park have given many children a sense of encouragement and achievement." Wang Fang said that in order to commemorate this occasion, some children specially asked their parents to take pictures in front of the volunteer service desk. On October 2, Li Yan, a tourist from Guangdong, specially asked her child to change a cell phone button at the publicity site with a bag of garbage. After the event, the littering situation of tourists in Qianlingshan Park was improved, and the number of melon seed shells and beverage cups on the lakeside, in the woods and on the road decreased significantly.

Management guidance has an effect

The clean and beautiful scenic spot is inseparable from the multi-measures of the management department. In Hangzhou, Qianjiang New Town has a trash can every 50 meters, and more than 20 large trash bins are temporarily placed in front of the Hangzhou Grand Theater, where tourists are concentrated. Garbage removal transportation "fixed person fixed time fixed point", the daily deployment of more than 360 cleaning personnel, more than 70 vehicles. In Guiyang, the Aha Lake National Wetland Park Management Office organizes more than 10 administrative staff, more than 100 security, cleaning and greening workers, and some student volunteers to set up publicity points at the park entrance and the park visitor service center to guide tourists to participate in voluntary activities and travel in a civilized manner.

Advocacy promotes the improvement of the quality of tourists. This year, the "smoke-free West Lake" volunteer campaign organized by Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province has entered its fourth season. "there was a sea of people in the scenic spot. I thought I would soon find smokers, but I didn't know they didn't find them after walking for 10 minutes." Volunteer Jiang Wei said that after continuous search and centralized statistics, "the number is much less than last year."

In Beijing, the Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven, Zoo, Beihai, Xiangshan and other well-known scenic spots, the National Day holiday focuses on strengthening garden hygiene and landscape environmental maintenance, keeping clean on the main tourist roads, Nissan Nissan, no sanitary dead corners; adding 17 temporary toilets and increasing cleaning frequency to ensure an adequate supply of toilet paper and hand sanitizer; and carry out publicity to guide tourists to visit the garden in civilization.
