Zhan Wenli led nearly 1,000 farmers in the surrounding villages to engage in the production of flowers and seedlings, which not only solved their own supply of goods, expanded the scale, but also brought more than 10 million yuan of income for flower farmers. In March 2004, he joined hands with more than a dozen flower producers to establish Zhucheng Wenli Flower Seedling Professional Cooperative, which overcame the malpractice of malicious competition and enhanced the ability to resist risks. By November 2005, when Zhucheng Wenli Flower and Seedling Professional Cooperative was officially listed, it had developed 65 members, driving more than 100 households around, more than 500 employees, planting area of more than 1000 mu, annual production of more than 200 varieties of flowers and seedlings, annual sales income of 17 million yuan, net income of 5 million yuan, and an annual per capita income of 5 million yuan.

Since 2006, Zhucheng Wenli flower and nursery stock professional cooperatives have invested more than 2 million yuan to introduce more than 120 kinds of new products, and now more than 10 new products have been successfully planted and popularized on a large scale, bringing great economic benefits and high reputation. In order to further expand the market and protect the brand, the cooperative registered the "Wenli" trademark in time. In 2008, Zhan Wenli took the professional cooperatives of Wenli flowers and seedlings in various cities as the core, and established the "Chengnan Flower and Seedling Trading Market" in contact with surrounding villages and farmers, with an annual transaction volume of 100 million yuan. at the same time, it has led to the development of freight, catering, labor services and other industries, and now employs 500 people, solving the problem of surplus labor in the surrounding villages. Zhan Wenli said that the achievements represent the past, and his next goal is to build the largest flower and seedling base in Zhucheng and build an ecological industrial park in the south of the city.
