Huang Xuexin, a 54-year-old farmer from the Shihao Village Committee of Baoting Baocheng Town, is disabled. But over the years, he has been optimistic, self-reliant and self-reliant, and with the support of the government, he has found a way to get rich by raising sheep.

When the reporter saw Huang Xuexin, he was busy in the sheepfold. Because the left palm was amputated and could not be fully extended, his movements seemed somewhat uncoordinated. For many years, because he was disabled and unable to go out to work, the family's income was mainly sustained by him and his wife brewing glutinous rice wine and supporting the education of their three children. In 2000, the County disabled Persons' Federation launched a "one-to-one" help project, so Huang Xuexin applied for 1500 yuan in venture capital, opening the way to raising sheep.

Due to physical reasons, Huang Xuexin worked harder than others. On weekdays, cleaning the sheepfold can be done in less than 10 minutes, and it takes him nearly half an hour. It is rare that Huang Xuexin did not slack off because of this, but actively developed the sheep industry with greater perseverance. At present, Huang Xuexin's sheep raising scale has grown from 5 sheep at the beginning to more than 80 sheep now, and his hard work has made him taste the sweetness of starting a business.

Not only that, through daily study and practice, Huang Xuexin also slowly mastered the amount of feed, and some sheep disease prevention knowledge, breeding experience is more and more rich. Now, by the sheep's face, legs, fur color, he can judge whether the sheep is sick, but also can see what kind of disease, and then prescribe the right medicine.

In 2008, as the sheep price market became popular, Huang Xuexin's purse bulged and built a small 160-square-meter building, and life became more and more prosperous.
