Sitting at home drinking tea and chatting with guests, you can manage hundreds or even thousands of acres of orchards by tapping your mobile phone. Have you ever heard of this? The person who brought this technology to Leizhou Peninsula is called Xing Yitaki. The 28-year-old graduated from South China Agricultural University in 2011. in 2013, he introduced foreign technology and built an "intelligent farmland management system" on Xuwen's planting base to fully automate farmland irrigation and fertilization. you can also use your mobile phone to monitor soil moisture and temperature in real time, and remotely issue instructions to open the pump valve for irrigation.

Go back to your hometown to carry out agricultural innovation

Xing Yitaki is a native of Xu Wen, with dark skin and strong figure. In 2008, when he was still a freshman in Guangzhou, he was invited to study in Israel.

Xing Yitaki told reporters that in Israel, people grow bananas, vegetables and other fruits in the Gobi Desert and desert, and even irrigate them with salt water, and the yield is high and is exported to Europe and the United States. After returning to China, he went to an Israeli agricultural enterprise in China for an internship for another year. These experiences not only exposed him to the most cutting-edge agricultural science and technology in the world, but also strengthened his determination to return to his hometown to carry out agricultural innovation. In 2011, after graduating from South China Agricultural University, Xing Yitaki returned to work as a grass-roots administrator of Guangdong Fumin Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., founded by his father, and devoted himself to studying agricultural technology and management in Nanning base.

In 2012, under the suggestion of Xing Yitaki, the company decided to start self-innovation, the direction is to develop from traditional extensive enterprises to modern and intensive enterprises, using fine management style and modern technology.

The farmland can be irrigated by giving instructions from the mobile phone.

In 2013, the company built an "intelligent farmland management system" in Xuwen base by introducing foreign equipment and technology. During operation, the field soil sensor buried at a depth of 30 centimeters in the soil will collect data collected by the tensiometer, including soil and air humidity, temperature, and soil water content. as well as light, wind direction, valve switch and other data are transmitted to the database through the wireless network, which are converted into digital signals to judge whether there is a shortage of water, and if there is a shortage of water, send instructions to the pump valve to achieve automatic irrigation. At the same time, the above signals are also sent to the company's headquarters computer, and a custom developed APP control software is connected to the above system and installed to your own mobile phone, so that you can not only view the relevant data collected by the above equipment through the computer and mobile phone, but also turn the computer and mobile phone into a control terminal, and you can open the pump valve for irrigation at any time through remote instructions from the computer or mobile phone.

At the suggestion of Xing Yitaki, the company also hired graduate students and invested 2 million yuan to set up a laboratory for soil testing to achieve accurate fertilization. Xing Yitaki hopes to lead their team to help more farmers or agricultural companies realize their dream of producing high-quality and healthy fruits in the future.
