In the process of yew planting, when workers are needed to weed and fertilize, cooperatives generally give priority to hiring villagers with a weak labor force because it is difficult for them to find a job. After the villagers take care of the crops on their land, they can find time to do odd jobs, and the daily salary of 80 yuan can support the family.
