Jia Junhui, 41, was born in Zhiping Township, Jingning County. In 1990, he went out of school with his dream and began to look for a job. Land circulation, fruit tree planting, orchard management, building management houses, looking for sales... everything he had to go out of his way to do personally. At first, he and his partners successively built 1500 mu apple base in Huasuo Township, Baimiao Township and Xianglian Township of Kongtong District. After having the preliminary scale and meeting the market demand, they registered and established Pingliang City Xinsen Fruit and Vegetable Planting Co., Ltd. together, and then invested more than 15 million yuan. On the basis of completing the traditional orchard management, they introduced and built the latest modern cold storage, built e-commerce platform, built dwarf dense planting garden, fruit and vegetable picking shed, planned oil peony base, and built the first high-tech dwarf dense planting galvanized steel pipe orchard base in Kongtong District in Baimiao. Up to now, the company has transferred more than 4000 mu of land, absorbed 238 surplus rural labor force, and the annual per capita income has reached more than 30,000 yuan.

If you have good apples, you need a good market. In order to let more people know "Pingliang Golden Fruit", his footprints traveled all over China, looking for units, looking for companies, entering supermarkets, issuing leaflets, promoting his apples, hoping to open up sales. Jia Junhui introduced that at first, he only took photos of Xinsen base apples to sell to customers, but the effect was not good. Therefore, he pulled his own fruit, ran all over Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shenyang, Shenzhen and other places of large supermarkets, hard work finally in exchange for rich returns, his apples finally put on the shelves of several large supermarkets in first-tier cities, because the juice sweet meat crisp, fruit once in short supply.

"Looking back at the time when I started my business, there was no capital, no technology, no experience, no sales. Fortunately, there was support from relevant departments, which made me persist." Jia Junhui said. In his most difficult time, Kongtong District Forestry Bureau gave him technical support, solved the urgent need. Baimiao and Huasuo Township Party Committee and Government successively awarded Xinsen Company honorary titles such as "Model Enterprise Supporting Local Economic Development" and "Leading Model Enterprise for Convenience and Income Increase", which gave him great encouragement and help.

In the future, Jia Junhui plans to build a Kongtong green agricultural ecological demonstration park integrating fruit and vegetable planting, health preservation and leisure. While realizing his dream of starting a business, he can also resettle the surplus labor force of nearly one thousand people in rural areas to help farmers increase their income.
