"No pesticides or chemical fertilizers, intensive cultivation, all use organic fertilizers, and take care of every vegetable like your own child. It is green, environmentally friendly, organic and pollution-free. I think this is why it sells well." On November 10, when the reporter interviewed Yang Wen, head of Dingxin Modern Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., in Guozhuang Village, Gulin Town, Dengzhou City, the well-known "organic vegetable king" introduced his organic vegetables to the reporter with emotion.

On May 11, the promotion meeting of famous and special products of Dengzhou was held in Beijing. More than 200 kinds of famous and special products from 31 enterprises in the city attended the promotion meeting. The organic vegetables (Guangdong cabbage heart) displayed by Yang Wen are enthusiastically sought after by Beijing residents, and their sales are extremely hot, even setting a record high price of 29 yuan per jin.

In 2012, Yang Wen, who returned to his hometown to start a business, established Dingxin Modern Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., a large green vegetable planting company, mainly growing 15 varieties such as Guangdong cabbage, Japanese kale and Danish spinach. With a total investment of 17.4 million yuan, 1500 mu of land was transferred at the price of 850 yuan per mu per mu, and efficient water-saving sprinkler irrigation facilities were laid on all 1500 mu of land at a project cost of 5700 yuan per mu, employing nearly 200 professional vegetable growers from Guizhou, with a per capita salary of about 6000 yuan per month.

"each heart of cabbage must be picked when it grows to 13 centimeters. The standard weight of a basket of vegetables is 17.5 kilograms. Anything that does not meet the requirements is inferior." Yang Wen took out the Guangdong cabbage heart from the freezer and introduced it to the reporter.

Large-scale investment, strict hierarchical packaging, and the selection of food excellence have also made Yang Wen's organic vegetables popular.

"Organic vegetables originally went south to Shenzhen and Hong Kong to open direct stores, but now they go north to the capital to supply directly to supermarkets. This year, when we signed an organic vegetable planting contract with Hubei Shoukang Yongle supermarket, we opened the order planting mode, picking in the morning and serving it at noon to save time for businesses and improve the efficiency of supply. " Yang Wen said, "vegetables also fly abroad for a drive, most exported to Barcelona, Spain, and often fly from Shenzhen to Singapore."

The broad prospect of market development makes Yang Wen full of confidence. Next year, he plans to build the "vegetable garden" into an "organic village" covering an area of 4000 mu, integrating leisure, sightseeing, picking, catering and accommodation.
