At that time, Bi Yanzong, secretary of the party committee of the town, and Zhang Hui, mayor of the town, personally signed a straw purchase contract with the Luohe Silver Pigeon Paper Mill, allowing the paper mill to set up six straw purchase sites directly in Bai Si Town, and Beiyue Village won the establishment of a purchase point. If each mu of straw is sold to the purchase point, the villagers can earn 120 yuan, but who will not do it if they turn waste into treasure? The enthusiasm of the masses in banning burning was immediately aroused; fourth, the harvest was strictly controlled. The village stipulates that the harvester without a fire extinguisher is not allowed to work, the harvester without a shredder is not allowed to operate, and the stubble after harvest is not allowed to exceed 15 centimeters. The anti-burning team is responsible for measuring the stubble harvested by each harvester and strictly checking the stubble one by one.

No matter how well the detailed rules of work are done, we still need to lead by example as cadres and take the lead in implementing them in action.
