Zhang Changping took the initiative to lend a helping hand to plan more than 300 mu of aquaculture pond mouth into a green shrimp intensive culture pond, and often went to Tangkou to help solve the difficulties encountered in the breeding process, and successively subsidized 120000 yuan in Liu Shuqi culture funds. With the enthusiastic help of Zhang Changping, Liu Shuqi harvested more than 30 tons of green shrimp in 2014, created an output value of more than 1.5 million yuan, and made a net profit of more than 700,000 yuan.

Like Liu Shuqi, under the influence of Zhang Changping, more than 250 farmers around Nanyi Lake are actively engaged in large-scale agricultural cultivation and efficient aquaculture, which has effectively promoted the vigorous development of new agricultural operators in Langxi County.
