After graduating from university in 2014, Yan Guofu started his business with his interest in succulent plant cultivation and set up Brother Horticulture Co., Ltd. At present, the company has planted thousands of succulent plants and established a sales model both online and offline, with annual sales of nearly one million. In the past two years, Cixi City has reduced taxes and fees for college graduates to set up small-scale low-profit enterprises, and brought online entrepreneurial groups into the policy categories of micro-guaranteed loans, social security subsidies for entrepreneurs, and one-time start-up subsidies.
