At the same time, Li Feng also hopes to make full use of the mountain and forest land in his hometown that has been abandoned for many years by raising Tibetan pigs, and after his own breeding is successful, he will lead the people in his hometown to start a business and embark on the road to prosperity.

"as soon as the idea of going home and starting a business came out, my family and friends all opposed it, thinking that I was whimsical and that the toad wanted to eat swan meat."

It turns out that as early as 1999, Li Feng has been engaged in urban bus and passenger transport business in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, with an annual income of nearly 300000 yuan, and the family lives a very comfortable life. Instead of doing good business, I went home to choose something that even my parents didn't want to do. As soon as his idea was spoken, it immediately aroused strong opposition from his family and friends.

The voice of public opposition did not make Li Feng give up his dream of starting a business. In April 2014, he went to Xizang alone and bought and introduced more than 300,000 yuan of savings from doing business outside, and reared them in more than 200 mu of mountain forest land in the village. feed a small amount of sweet potato, corn, wax gourd, pumpkin and other coarse grains every day.

Tibetan Xiang pig is a grazing pig breed, which mainly feeds on weeds and leaves, which is very different from ordinary domestic pigs. Relying on the breeding model and technical experience of domestic pigs can not be successful at all, which makes Li Fengton, who only knows how to drive, feel the hardship of starting a business.

He did not understand the breeding technology, so he hired two technicians from the pig farm where pig breeds were purchased to teach the breeding technology. with no breeding experience, he crouched all day "dancing" with the pigs in the mountains and forests to study the living habits and rules of Tibetan Xiang pigs. After months of efforts, more than 130 Tibetan Xiang pigs gradually adapted to the growing environment here and gave birth smoothly one after another. Let Li Feng, a layman who only knows how to drive, gradually find out the skills of raising Tibetan fragrant pigs. At the same time, with his breeding technology and down-to-earth drive, his Tibetan Xiang pig farming industry has gradually embarked on scientific and large-scale farming, and has jointly established cooperatives with more than 30 ecological breeding enterprises.

In April 2015, a merchant from Yantian in Shenzhen found Li Feng and spent 20,000 yuan on eight Tibetan Xiang pigs. Excluding various costs such as feeding, Li Feng directly earned a profit of nearly 10,000 yuan, allowing Li Feng to earn the "first bucket of gold" for Tibetan Xiang pig farming.

"Last year, more than 200 Tibetan Xiang pigs were sold, mainly to Shenzhen, Guangdong and other places. And now the more than 200 Tibetan Xiang pigs are all ordered for breeding. " Li Feng said that because all of them are stocked in mountains and forests, each Tibetan Xiang pig is petite, low in fat, thin in skin, delicious in meat and rich in nutrition, so it is widely favored in the market and is in short supply. With an one-and-a-half-year feeding cycle for each pig, 50 kilograms of Tibetan Xiang pigs can make a profit of more than 1,000 yuan and an annual income of hundreds of thousands yuan according to the market price of 60 yuan per kilogram, excluding other costs.

Introduce foreign swan varieties and let the "pig boss" be the "goose commander" again.

Li Feng, who first tasted the sweetness of special breeding, accidentally heard that swan meat belongs to the first-class game treasures, with high nutritional and medicinal value, and is known as the "king of green food" and "emperor on the table" in the world. Now it is artificially raised and eaten with the permission of the relevant departments of the state, and the economic benefit is good.

Li Feng felt that this was another excellent opportunity to expand the scale of breeding, so without saying a word, after going through the legal procedures for raising wild animals with the relevant departments, in March 2016, he spent more than 100,000 yuan to buy and introduce more than 600 young swans from Siberia.

"Hongyan", also known as wild geese or black-billed geese, mainly lives in wilderness, swamps and other places, preys on a variety of plants and algae, but also eats molluscs. In order to develop the swan industry well, he invested almost all his time and energy. Every day, except for meals, he basically stayed with swans, devoted himself to studying breeding techniques and living habits, and made full use of cooperative resources, inviting two top students from Hunan Agricultural University who started businesses at home to come home for technical guidance.

According to Li Feng, because all swans use a combination of wild stocking and artificial domestication, there is not a net in the base, and swans can fly if they want, and they can go in and out freely. except for feeding a small amount of corn every day, they all look for food on their own. Coupled with the fact that they have been feeding since childhood, in the eyes of swans, he is their 'leading goose'. They don't have to worry about not coming back every time they fly out, and now swans have made it their home.

After nearly half a year of careful breeding, Li Feng's more than 600 young swans have grown into large swans weighing 5-8 jin, all of which can be sold to the outside world. According to the current sales of 400 yuan per swan, you can get an economic income of more than 100,000 yuan.

Change the traditional sales model and build ecological farms to promote the development of the surrounding economy

In order to let more people understand the swan delicacy, further expand the swan sales channel. In October this year, Li Feng raised more than 200,000 yuan to set up a wild swan farm covering an area of more than 200 square meters in his courtyard.
