In recent years, China's rural e-commerce has developed rapidly, but there are many restrictive factors, such as the policy system needs to be improved, the main body of online merchants is small and weak, the form of e-commerce service is single, and there is a lack of rural e-commerce talents in counties and cities. it is difficult to introduce and retain high-end talents in e-commerce, in addition, the rural logistics distribution system is not perfect. The author thinks that we should speed up the construction of rural e-commerce ecosystem and promote the development of rural e-commerce.

First, set up cross-regional e-commerce operation companies to make up for the shortage of rural e-commerce talents in counties and cities. We should issue a new policy on rural e-commerce as soon as possible, establish and improve a multi-level talent training and training system by integrating urban and rural e-commerce outlets, vigorously introduce social training institutions such as Ali College to run schools, and introduce all kinds of senior professionals and compound talents suitable for the development of rural e-commerce through various channels.

Second, further strengthen the management of website domain names, IP addresses, registration and access services, strengthen the construction of rural logistics infrastructure network system supported by county, township and village logistics nodes, extend express business to the village level as soon as possible, give corresponding policy support in e-commerce platform construction, park construction, personnel training, and build an integrated platform for urban and rural warehousing and logistics. Promote the development of third-party distribution and joint distribution in rural areas, and open up the "last kilometer" of rural logistics distribution.

Third, with the help of "Internet +", we should encourage and support new agricultural operators such as family farms, farmers' professional cooperatives and agricultural enterprises, as well as qualified enterprises to actively carry out standardization work such as the formulation of e-commerce standards for agricultural products and the construction of standardization projects. and by the relevant departments or authoritative organizations to be certified, popularized and applied, by promoting the construction of rural e-commerce standardization system. Big data is used to support government decision-making, guide scientific production, reduce transaction costs, deploy regional materials, achieve large-scale and differentiated development, and realize the transformation and upgrading of traditional agriculture.
