Attention should be paid to Psychological Reconstruction of Peasant Workers' Integration into cities

With the acceleration of the new type of urbanization, it is possible for migrant workers to integrate into the city. The integration of migrant workers into the city has three progressive levels: economic, social and cultural psychology. only cultural and psychological adaptation shows that migrant workers are fully integrated into the urban society. The survey found that the current psychological characteristics of migrant workers in the city are mainly manifested as the bottom mentality, passer-by mentality, marginal mentality, conservative mentality. In order to change this state, we must realize the psychological reconstruction of migrant workers, that is, to cultivate ideas and behavior patterns that adapt to modern society. First of all, the social infrastructure should be reconstructed. Rural areas should enhance farmers' ability of autonomy and cooperation, and lay a conceptual and behavioral foundation for migrant workers to integrate into the city. Cities should do a good job of docking migrant workers into cities by providing community work and organizational resources. Secondly, reconstruct the social action. City governments should be inclusive in policy formulation. The government should ensure that migrant workers exercise their rights in accordance with the law, make them adapt to the rules of behavior in modern society, and finally integrate into the city.
