In the spring of 2013, Huang Wenjian took the initiative to give up his high salary in Chongqing, leased nearly 300 mu of land in three groups of Jiesi Village in Lijiesi Village, established the "Lixiang Poverty Alleviation Entrepreneurship Park for the disabled" and took the lead in setting up the "Wenxi Fruit and vegetable Professional Cooperative" to lead the disabled and poor villagers with a certain labor force nearby to start businesses.

This is the original intention of Huang Wenjian to jump back to "Nongmen" from a big city.

In the Poverty Alleviation Entrepreneurship Park for the disabled, Huang Wenjian helps villagers with disabilities harvest vegetables. In September 2014, a flood caused heavy losses to the Entrepreneurship Park. In the face of the disaster, Huang Wenjian did not give up. He sold his real estate and shares in Chongqing and raised funds to help his villagers carry out production. At present, Huang Wenjian's Poverty Alleviation Entrepreneurship Park for the disabled has developed into an ecological melon, fruit and vegetable base covering an area of nearly 600 mu.

Talking about the eco-agricultural tourism master plan of Li hometown disabled Entrepreneurship Park, the disabled villagers who work in the park are full of confidence. Since the beginning of this year, Linshui County has vigorously implemented the "Party member Precision Poverty Alleviation demonstration Project", relying on the entrepreneurial demonstration households of Party members, implementing party fee support according to the standard of 20,000 yuan for each project, innovating the "crowdfunding model", and magnifying the scale effect of poverty alleviation funds.
