At first, his family did not approve, but the stubborn Zeng Bo resolutely quit his high-paying job in a foreign company in 2015 and returned to his hometown of Chenzhou with his wife Huang Nana to start a business and set up Chenzhou Bozhi Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd.

Starting from the introduction of 9 purebred Holstein cows, through imported frozen semen breeding and artificial reproduction, now the number of dairy cows has reached 32, and the daily milk yield can reach more than 500 jin. In the spring of 2016, Zeng Bo opened his first fresh milk store, Mirag Love, on Zhongshan South Street in Chenzhou. At present, there are three franchise stores in the surrounding counties and cities, and plans to open two more stores in the urban area by the end of the year.

In addition to the imported alfalfa hay, which is their favorite food, Zeng Bo has planted ten mu of sweet elephant grass and ryegrass around the farm to provide sufficient green fodder for the cows throughout the year.

In order to ensure that the public can drink fresh and high quality fresh milk, Zeng Bo is very strict with the milking process. The first is to scrub and clean the breasts with warm hot water. Then use a special disinfectant "medicine bath" to disinfect the nipples, a process that lasts 25 to 30 seconds. The third step is to dry and massage the nipples with a tissue. The fourth step is to squeeze out the first three handfuls of milk and check whether the milk is abnormal. After completing the above process, the nipple can be put on the milking machine for milking. There will be another nipple medicine bath after milking. Fresh milk contains bacteria and cannot be drunk directly. Zeng Bo will pasteurize them after filtration to ensure the safety and hygiene of fresh milk.

In order to extend the industrial chain of fresh milk and enhance the added value of fresh milk, Zeng Bo made fresh milk into yogurt rich in live bacteria, and developed a variety of natural cheese. At present, there are more than ten kinds of dairy products sold in the store.

Now Chenzhou market has widely recognized his series of fresh milk and yoghurt products, fixed customers up to thousands of families, while there are some foreign businessmen to negotiate cheese orders with him, the development prospect is bright. The company plans to raise 200 cows and produce 5000 jin of fresh milk per day within five years, provide high-quality pasteurized fresh milk for tens of thousands of families, and build the ranch into a well-known tourism, leisure and cow culture science base in Hunan Province.

Zeng Bo said that he hopes to become a famous cheese craftsman in the south of China in the future.
