In December 2012, after returning from the army to Chenzhou City, Hunan Province, Li Yuan, a post-90s youth, did not choose to be resettled by the government as an "office worker". Instead, he plunged into the mountains and became a "cowboy". "my idea at that time was very simple, that is, do something in a down-to-earth manner, and it is simple and pure to engage in agriculture. As long as you are diligent and down-to-earth, you will get something." Li Yuan believes that the price of beef is relatively stable, there are not many local cattle in Chenzhou, and there is more room for the development of beef cattle farming. In September 2013, Li Yuan borrowed money to lease land in Yongchun Township, Beihu District, and set up his first cattle farm. "after I decided to raise cattle, I first went to someone else's cattle farm to work as a part-time worker for a while. later, I hired a local cattle farmer. Everyone worked and learned, and the cattle farm was opened in this way."

In order to improve the quality of beef cattle, Li Yuan pondered all day, asked around for advice, and came up with a fashionable way to give cattle beer and listen to music. He believes that there is a scientific basis for this. Giving cows some beer properly can increase their appetite, and the meat will be more tender and fresh, while playing music for two or three hours a day will make the cattle feel happy and promote digestion. When the cow is sick, it is common for Li Yuan to fill the medicine with a medicine bottle and be kicked by a cow. In order to take care of the sick cattle, he ate and lived in the cattle farm at that time.

In order to solve the technical problems, Li Yuan often asked for technical support from animal husbandry and fishery departments at all levels in provinces, cities and counties, and began to set up his own team of technicians. They introduced a cross between American Hong Angus beef cattle and local Xiangnan yellow cattle to improve a new generation of high meat quality breeds. In order to let people know that their beef is good beef, Li Yuan and Yuan Jianghe, who is also a post-90s generation, opened a beef experience restaurant, "Tianhu Niu Song", which has become a famous local restaurant brand.

In November 2015, Li Yuan participated in the "Chenzhou first Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition" held by the Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and made it all the way to the finals. He met a lot of entrepreneurial partners, obtained the "angel investment" provided by the Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee, and the guidance of the youth entrepreneurial mentor group helped him clarify his development ideas.

Ouyanghe, a villager of Xiaotian Village, Zhonglingjiang Town, Guiyang County, raised 28 cattle and invested more than 100,000 yuan, but the cattle could not be sold when they grew up, and the family's economy became more and more tense. Li Yuan heard that Li Yuan went to Guiyang County and bought 10 cattle on the spot. and advised the other party to wait until the end of the year when the price is good before selling the rest of the cattle to him. After several years of touching, crawling and fighting, Li Yuan has seen the possibility of integrating entrepreneurial dreams into accurate poverty alleviation strategies. on the basis of giving warmth to the poor people around the farm over the years, Li Yuan began to "bind" enterprise development to poverty alleviation of poor households.

North Lake District Yangtian Lake Yao Township Furong Village, because it is located in the mountains, the traffic is inconvenient, the village has more poor people. In addition to providing jobs, Li Yuan also decided to use pastures as collateral, provide loans for local poor villagers to graze cattle, support the bottom by raising profits on behalf of pastures, and carry out industrial poverty alleviation by the way that villagers raise their own pastures at high prices.

"if I give a good credit this time, I can get 30, 000 yuan to help the poor. When the cattle farm pays dividends next year, I can share at least 4500 yuan in profits." Xiao Liangyin, a villager of Furong Village, Yangtian Lake, Beihu District, said happily.

Enterprises pay to buy cattle, farmers are responsible for herding cattle, and then enterprises sell beef to the market through sales channels, and then wait for next year's profit dividend. Even if there is no profit, the enterprise will bear the minimum interest guarantee of 10% to 15% for loan farmers in accordance with the agreement. With the guarantee, the enthusiasm of farmers has been mobilized, and a total of 2 million yuan of local financial aid-the-poor loans have been put into pastures.

This year, Li Yuan did the same in Qingzhu Village, Guidong County, and adopted the model of "taking turns hiring" poor families to work on cattle farms on the basis of past practices. In this way, on the one hand, it can help more poor households to increase their labor income, and on the other hand, it can also popularize cattle raising technology among poor households. Luo Guiquan, a poor family in Qingzhu Village, Guidong County, used to do odd jobs everywhere, earning only a few thousand yuan a year, but now he works in a cattle farm with an annual income of about 30,000 yuan. At present, the project has also absorbed 50 poor households in Qingzhu Village to join the cooperative cattle raising model.

Feeling that the sales channel of agricultural products is not smooth, Li Yuan decided to build his own e-commerce platform. On September 28 this year, a piece of "here comes the cow!" The official account message announced the official opening of his e-commerce sales platform: starting online at a low price of 35 yuan per jin, he began selling cattle slaughtered at 3 a.m. every morning, all from four cattle farms run by himself.

Now, Li Yuan has a distribution center, two catering experience stores and four beef stores. The high-quality yellow beef sold on the e-commerce platform is cheaper than the ordinary beef outside. While selling beef, they also focus on promoting a variety of agricultural and sideline products from poor villages. Li Yuan is full of confidence in the future of the e-commerce platform: "it can be said that every jin of beef and every agricultural product we buy now is tantamount to helping the poor."
