Recently, "bunny" Xing Cuicui has a few more troubles. First, the rabbit cooperative in the recovery of commercial rabbits in the process of inventory backlog phenomenon, lack of working capital; second, the rabbit house covering an area of 1200 square meters is in disrepair and urgently needs to be rebuilt; third, there is an urgent need to obtain cow artificial fertilization technology.

"all these matters need to be solved now. I am actively striving for the support of the Committee of Agriculture and other departments to help the cooperatives tide over the current difficulties. " Xing Cuicui said.

Six years ago, Xing Cuicui, a post-80s girl who had just graduated from university, left her white-collar job with an annual salary of more than 100,000 yuan in Shanghai and came to Baoling Village, Huangpu Town, Qianshan County, Anhui Province, to start a business on a barren mountain overgrown with weeds. Now, in the face of increasing downward pressure on the economy, she tries every means to actively deal with the adverse situation and firmly believes that it will get better in the future.

Give up high salary and go back to your hometown to start a business

"I grew up in a buried hill. I like the environment here. There are mountains and water. It is very beautiful." Xing Cuicui told me that she was very attached to her hometown and would go back to her hometown during the holidays when she was at school.

There is a sharp contrast between the ever-changing appearance of his hometown and the boredom of city life. Xing Cuicui sprouted the idea of going back to his hometown to start a business. In 2009, Xing Cuicui went back to Baoling Village in Huangpu Town without telling her parents amid the opposition of her parents and the regret and suspicion of her former colleagues. After research, she aimed her entrepreneurial goal at rabbit breeding.

"at the beginning of my business, I didn't know anything, so I went to my alma mater, Anhui University, where the Youth League Committee helped set up a 23-member entrepreneurial team. According to the local situation and market development situation, I finally chose the business plan of raising meat rabbits." Talking about the hardships of starting a business at the beginning, Xing Cuicui sighed with emotion.

Annual income of more than 300,000 yuan

At the beginning of her business, in order to save money, she worked as a part-time worker herself, moving bricks and shoveling sand against the scorching sun, but there were not enough new bricks, so she removed them from the old walls, and she did all the tasks of sawing boards and nailing rabbit boxes.

In October 2009, Xing Cuicui's rabbit farm has been basically completed, the first batch of 800 meat rabbits. However, when the rabbit was about to be released at the end of the year, a large number of rabbits died because of the plague, and the 140000 yuan invested in the early stage almost lost all their money.

Just when Xing Cuicui suffered a heavy blow and was about to give up, Qianshan County Women's Federation, Youth League Committee and other departments promptly extended a helping hand to help her get a 300000 yuan financial discount loan. Xing Cuicui's father withdrew in advance to support his daughter's business, and her mother also gave up her job and came to Qianshan from Shanghai to start a business with her. All these have strengthened Xing Cuicui's determination to start a business.

Xing Cuicui slowly overcame the difficulties, and the rabbit farm began to get on the right track. In 2010, three batches of rabbit breeds were raised in the rabbit farm. In 2013, Xing Cuicui rented more than 260 mu of Huangshan, further expanding the scale of breeding. At present, the farm has six staff, with an annual income of more than 300,000 yuan, driving many villagers on the road to becoming rich.

Try around "Internet +"

In order to further expand the scale and help more people get rich, Xing Cuicui took the lead in establishing a Qianshan County Green Wild Livestock and Poultry breeding Professional Cooperative in 2010, adopting the "company + peasant household" model to provide farmers with rabbit breeds, breeding techniques, forage seeds, feed and vaccines, and is responsible for the recovery of commercial rabbits. At present, the cooperative has more than 160 members, and members can go to the cooperative to learn breeding techniques free of charge, including food and accommodation, free of charge.

Jia Furong, 64, a member of the cooperative, has been learning rabbit-raising skills from Xing Cuicui since 2012. She now raises more than 1,000 rabbits and made a profit of more than 20,000 yuan last year.

Since 2014, with the increasing downward pressure on the economy, the price of meat rabbits has been depressed, which has had a great impact on rabbit farming. Many retail investors no longer raise rabbits, while some big farmers are in a wait-and-see state. The uncertainty of the market situation, including Xing Cuicui, many farmers feel unprecedented confusion.

In addition to seeking financial support, Xing Cuicui also made other attempts, including the establishment of dairy farming and dairy processing projects, where daily sales of fresh milk and dairy products reached 1,000 yuan, and introduced the first fresh milk bar in Anqing in 2014. specializes in selling fresh milk and dairy products.

In the next step, Xing Cuicui also plans to do some exploration and efforts around "Internet +." "now, we have opened a Wechat platform. With Wechat, we can launch different dairy products for different people and continue to improve the quality of our products." Xing Cuicui said.
