Last Updated: 2024/11/09, Pingdu strawberry greenhouse began to pick strawberries and grew up naturally after 52 days.

The 120 strawberries in Qingdao Yijun Grain and vegetable Professional Cooperative began to be picked in the Landi Central Community of Nancun Town, Pingdu City. These strawberries grew naturally after 52 days. However, it is not easy for citizens to taste these strawberries. due to soil improvement and the use of biological fertilizer, these organic strawberries sell for about 10 yuan more than the strawberries on the market, but they are booked early before they are picked. Now is the time to start picking, in about 10 days these strawberries will enter the high-yield period, then it will be easier for the public to taste. It is understood that the strawberry shed of 1000 square meters can be picked from now until May and June next year, and the net income is about 150000 yuan, which has played a great role in increasing farmers' income.

"it's so sweet, it smells good, it smells like strawberry." On December 18, an ecological restaurant in Qingdao organized its members to pick from the Qingdao Yijun Grain and vegetable Co-operative in the Landi Central Community of Nancun Town, Pingdu City. They ate the first batch of strawberries this year. Before leaving, they bought one or two boxes to take home. Due to the beginning of picking, the quantity is limited, many members have not been able to buy it. "it will be another 10 days before it is almost time to go public in large quantities." Ma Chunyu, chairman of the cooperative.

This year, Qingdao Yijun Grain and vegetable Professional Cooperative has expanded the scale of strawberry cultivation, with a total of 120 greenhouses, of which more than 80 are located in Songjiaying Village. The reporter followed Ma Chunyu to Songjiaying Village and entered the strawberry shed of Song Faqing, a branch secretary of the village. The canopy is fully equipped with modern facilities. "there is no need for people to climb to the top of the two-person roof at all, and now it is all taken care of by machines." Song Faqing said that the several strawberry sheds in his family can be completely busy by him and his wife.

Into the greenhouse, can not see the greenhouse full of red strawberries, many strawberries are still white and green, which can also be seen that there is not a large number of ripe time. "A few days ago, only 10 boxes were picked from the whole greenhouse, and they were robbed before they began to pick them. I really couldn't pick them out again, so I had to wait two days." It is understood that the strawberries of the cooperative are mainly sent to Beijing and Qingdao, and they are basically ordered before they are picked. Although each jin of strawberries is about 10 yuan more expensive than other strawberries on the market, many people still like to eat and are willing to buy them.

Although at the beginning, the number of ripe strawberries is relatively small, but picking a ripe strawberry tastes really good, very sweet, and there will be a fragrant aftertaste after eating. Cut a strawberry and see that it is solid in the middle, which shows that it does not use a swelling agent. "our strawberries grow naturally. It takes 52 days to ripen. They grow up naturally. Those strawberries that have been treated with medicine can ripen in 20 or 30 days. Of course that taste can't be compared with our strawberries. " Ma Chunyu said proudly.

It is understood that Song Faqing's strawberries were transplanted after the Mid-Autumn Festival. So what do you need to do to grow strawberries without pesticides or expanders? "before transplanting strawberries, sterilize the soil." Song Faqing said that all of their strawberry sheds have joined the cooperative, and the land of the cooperative has been improved by transporting humic acid from the Daxing'an Mountains to increase the fertility of the land, and to use beneficial bacterial fertilizer before transplanting strawberries. use beneficial bacteria to kill harmful bacteria in the soil, so that strawberries are not easy to get sick.

After soil improvement and the use of biological fertilizer, the transplanted strawberries can grow healthily without special management, just watering at the right time and thinning flowers and fruits after flowering. When it comes to watering, irrigation water is also a very important item in ecological agriculture. "when we choose the base where we join the cooperative, we first have to test whether its groundwater is polluted. If everything else is done, but the water is polluted, then the vegetables and fruits produced can't be eaten." Ma Chunyu said that they were very strict at this point.

Strawberries need to sparse flowers and fruits, because in the process of flowering, a strawberry can blossom seven flowers at a time, need to keep three or four, and then it will compete for nutrition with strawberries; and too many fruits will also affect the quality of strawberries. "Last year, one of our members did an experiment in which one fruit was left on a strawberry and pinched off when a flower came out, and the nutrition was used exclusively for this fruit. as a result, strawberries grew so big that they set a record for our co-operative."

At present, there are two main varieties of strawberries in the cooperative, namely "Tianbao" and "Beauty". "now we are still experimenting with a new variety of 'Miaoxiang' strawberries. This kind of strawberry does not need to be thinned. If it succeeds, it can be seen next year." Some of these varieties are dominant varieties that have been planted locally, while others are tasted by a kind of farming that they have traveled to the surrounding areas where strawberries are produced. "when we were all right, we went to the place where people grew strawberries. We went to no less than a hundred places. One was to learn from other people's management experience, and the other was to look for new and good varieties." Ma Chunyu said that they are also very pleased to see how successful strawberry cultivation is now.

The reporter noted that the cooperative has not only strawberries, but also fruits, cucumbers, cabbages, potatoes and virgin fruits. "We have six varieties that have declared pollution-free agricultural products to the Ministry of Agriculture and are now in the process of examination and approval." Ma Chunyu said.

On the same day, Li Wei, director of the Nancun Town Agricultural Service Center, also came to the cooperative. It was they who helped the community service center guide the production technical regulations and help them produce pollution-free agricultural products; and with the help of the service center, they won funds from the superiors to build a laboratory for agricultural residue testing for the cooperative.

On the wall of the laboratory, there are "Rapid Detection process of Pesticide residues in Agricultural products" and "opinions on the disposal of samples exceeding the Standard for the Detection of Pesticide residues in vegetables". In the process of rapid detection of pesticide residues, the sample with an inhibition rate of ≥ 50% can be determined to exceed the standard. The over-standard samples were imported and sent to the city testing center for qualitative and quantitative analysis. Ask the vegetable farmer to delay the listing or ask the stall owner to stop the sale, and dispose of the farm's over-standard commercial vegetables according to the relevant contents of the commitment signed.
