The notice on implementing a new round of Fujian farmers' entrepreneurship parks and demonstration bases for farmers' entrepreneurship issued by the Fujian provincial government in June pointed out that during the 13th five-year Plan period, Fujian Province will build 66 farmers' entrepreneurship parks and demonstration bases, including 16 entrepreneurship parks and 50 demonstration bases.

The circular requires that farmers' entrepreneurship parks and demonstration bases be built into agglomeration areas of advantageous industries in Fujian Province, model sites for modern agriculture, experimental fields for reform and innovation, and a large platform for farmers to start businesses, so as to lead and promote the further transformation and promotion of the mode of agricultural development in Fujian Province. The provincial finance continues to allocate 5 million yuan for each entrepreneurial park and 2 million yuan for demonstration bases every year, focusing on supporting infrastructure, public service platforms, agricultural facilities and equipment, and integrated development projects of primary, secondary and tertiary industries in industrial concentration areas. as well as agricultural "five new" promotion, improved variety breeding, brand promotion and establishment, farmers' entrepreneurship training and so on. In addition, land, electricity prices and other concessions will be provided in the construction of infrastructure such as farmland, water, electricity, roads and communications.

Recently, Fujian Province also issued the "2016 notice on the list of farmers' entrepreneurial parks and demonstration bases enjoying preferential production and operation of electricity", implementing five support policies.

(3) continue to provide land concessions. Land for production facilities and ancillary facilities directly engaged in or serving agricultural production in entrepreneurial parks and demonstration bases

(4) continue to implement electricity price concessions. Operators engaged in planting and aquaculture production in entrepreneurial parks and demonstration bases shall be charged by 30% according to the standard of electricity consumption for agricultural production.

(5) continue to implement other policies. We will continue to implement preferential policies on tax reduction, brand building, financing services, and scientific and technological innovation in entrepreneurial parks and demonstration bases.
