According to the Tangshan Labor Daily, a few days ago, Yutian County held an on-the-spot meeting on the demonstration and promotion of intelligent storage technology and equipment of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Chinese cabbage in Guojiatun Town, Shuqing Farmers' Professional Cooperative, and invited Gao Lipu, a researcher of Beijing Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences. At the scene, more than 100 major vegetable growers from Liaoning, Leting, Fengrun, Zunhua and other places explained and guided the new cabbage storage cellar construction technology and well-shaped cabbage display mode relying on the Internet of things technology with ventilation devices.

Yutian County is known as "the hometown of Chinese cabbage". A total of 100000 mu of cabbage is planted in the county, with an output of 700000 tons. It is an important supply base of cabbage in Beijing, Tianjin and Northeast Inner Mongolia. However, cabbage production is seasonal and needs to be stored in cellar in winter. Due to heating, rotten vegetables are easy to be consumed in cellar storage, so it is often necessary to "pour vegetables" and consume a lot of manpower. At the same time, it is also easy to cause artificial loss of cabbage in the process of "pouring vegetables".

In order to solve the storage problem of Chinese cabbage, Yutian County actively cooperated with the vegetable Research Center of Beijing Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences to undertake a successful demonstration project of intelligent storage technology and equipment for Chinese cabbage. This new technology of "intelligent storage of Chinese cabbage", which relies on the Internet of things, solves the problem of "pouring vegetables" in the process of vegetable farmers' storage from three aspects, and ensures the quality of cabbage: first, it solves the problem of ventilation. The new technology sets aside a ventilation duct at the bottom of the vegetable cellar, sets aside an air outlet at one end of the cellar, and installs an intelligent fan, which can send the cold air outside the cellar to the vegetable cellar for circulation ventilation and properly reduce humidity; second, it realizes intelligent networking and intelligent control. The intelligent fan is used, which can display the temperature and humidity in the cellar in real time on the mobile phone or computer, and decide whether to supply air at any time to realize intelligent control. Third, the new cabbage storage technology is adopted. Originally, we have always used a zigzag display, but now it has been changed to a well-shaped display, realizing the ventilation and ventilation between dishes.

The new technology of "intelligent storage of Chinese cabbage" reduces the amount of manual work, achieves no release, no pouring of vegetables, no more space for pouring vegetables, doubles the storage per unit area, and increases the benefit by 30%. This technology plays a positive role in changing the traditional storage mode of Chinese cabbage, demonstrating and popularizing the intelligent storage technology of the Internet of things in our city and its surrounding areas. in particular, it can play a good demonstration and driving role in deepening the interconnection and cooperation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei agricultural industry, promoting the development of modern vegetable industry in the whole city and increasing farmers' income.
