The intelligent unpacking machine includes bag grabbing system, package pressing system, cutting system, crushing system, packing system and sorting system, etc. Among them, the sorting system can sort the raw materials accurately, ensure the purity of the raw materials, and avoid the poor product quality caused by the impurities in the raw materials in the past. The operation of the intelligent unpacking machine requires only two employees, which can reduce the number of workers by four to five, greatly reducing labor costs. Zhang Zhanfang, general manager of Shandong Senye Ecological Engineering Co., Ltd., said that the cost of unpacking machinery and electricity and maintenance is less than 100000 yuan a year, which can be recovered within three years compared with the reduced labor expenditure.

Xiu Xuefeng, executive vice chairman of the China Phosphate and compound Fertilizer Industry Association, said that it is calculated that the logistics cost of producing one ton of compound fertilizer in the plant is 16 yuan, while the cost of processing one ton of products is only 100 yuan. Shandong Senye will launch a digital lightweight production line with intelligent unpacking machine as its core in the future, which will bring a revolution to compound fertilizer production.
