On August 19, the reporter drove to the seedling base of Shaanxi Fuqiang Garden Group, where Group 9 of Wang Wenqing was located in Hujiacun Township, Zhouzhi County, Shaanxi Province. Wang Wenqing, an out-and-out farmer in his twenties, has no formal education, but has a love of land, curiosity and pursuit of new things. Over the years, he worked at sunrise and worked at sunset on the hot land of Zhouzhi, talking about why he wanted to do seedling grafting. He smiled foolishly. "he just likes to toss around and find it interesting."

It is reported that he has been in his own land for more than ten years, thinking about how different kinds of plants can be grafted on different plants and can survive and bear fruit. Every success excites Wang Wenqing, and every failure makes him accumulate experience, pat his ass and continue to try.

During the interview, Wang Wenqing told the reporter that he had seen the pig grass (black raspberry) growing in the field have great vitality, and he thought that if green beans were grafted on the rhizome of the grass, he should be able to survive. So, he carried out the experiment, to his surprise, it was a success, and there were a lot of beans on the pig grass, and it tasted good. The grafting of beans on different plants gave him great encouragement, and in the following days, he tried to graft chili on the rhizome of eggplant (Solanum nigrum). He lived up to his expectations and succeeded.

Subsequently, Wang Wenqing took the reporter to the field to see the cotton he grafted on henna (impatiens). He said: "although the grafting has survived, we still do not know what color the cotton will bloom, so we can only wait patiently."

In this way, because he likes flowers and likes to explore, he has tried to graft crops on different plants year after year, with both successes and failures, but Wang Wenqing enjoys it. (our reporter Wang Haiming intern reporter Ding Yifeng)
