Five kinds of intelligent equipment help sesame production "step by step"

It is said that sesame blossoms higher and higher, but compared with the continuous improvement of mechanization of wheat, corn, soybean, peanut and other crops, the mechanization of sesame production has always been a "long-standing difficulty", which seriously restricts the sesame planting area and the increase of farmers 'income and efficiency. The modern agricultural equipment innovation team of Qingdao Agricultural University successfully developed five kinds of sesame production machinery for the first time in China, making this problem no longer difficult. A few days ago, at the 2016 Sesame Efficient Intelligent Production Site Observation Meeting held in Henan Province, these five kinds of machinery were sought after as soon as they appeared.

According to Professor Shang Shuqi of Modern Agricultural Equipment Innovation Team of Qingdao Agricultural University, sesame, as the main cash crop in China, has an annual planting area of more than 7 million mu. However, due to the low mechanization degree of sesame production and too large labor intensity, the development of sesame industry is seriously restricted. With the support of the national sesame modern agricultural industry technology system, the modern agricultural equipment R & D team led by Professor Shangshuqi of Qingdao Agricultural University specially transferred personnel to form a sesame mechanization technology tackling group. Around the planting mode of sesame, five kinds of sesame intelligent equipment, such as seed rope weaving machine suitable for sesame sowing, 6-row sesame precision seeder, intelligent sesame field management machine, remote control automatic high-low ground gap wide spraying machine and sesame bundling harvester, have been developed successively, which are the first generation of special machinery for sesame production in China, filling the blank in the field of sesame production in China at one stroke. Professor Shangshuqi said that after the promotion of these five kinds of sesame production intelligent machinery, it will strongly promote the mechanization of sesame planting, weeding, spraying, harvesting and other sesame production.
