On June 23, the only real-time smoke tester in China independently developed by Bazhou Jingbo Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. -β sensor type rapid smoke tester was officially put into production. Meanwhile, the local standard of Hebei Province jointly drafted by Jingbo and Hebei Province Environmental Monitoring Center Station "β-ray Method for Determination of Exhaust Particles from Fixed Pollution Sources" was officially released and implemented.

Beta sensor type rapid smoke detector is the only rapid detector for measuring dust particle concentration in China at present. Its technology is the first in the field of dust emission detection in China, which not only fills the technical gap in the field of smoke detection in China, but also greatly promotes the environmental protection and governance work in China. The advent of this new environmentally friendly technology has overturned decades of traditional filter cartridge weighing methods for detecting soot.

The tester is divided into two parts: host and gun detector. Compared with traditional testing equipment, this tester has a compact body and is easy to carry. The host looks about the same size as a daily household portable bag, weighing about 3 kilograms, one hand to carry away, very convenient to carry.

Fast data is the biggest reason why this product is loved by law enforcement and businesses. "By preheating the sensor of the detection equipment and inserting it into the flue, the staff can read the smoke emission data directly on the equipment, which takes at least two days if it is detected by traditional equipment." Ge Liang, a researcher of Jingbo R & D Department, showed the use process of the tester to reporters in front of the flue flow field simulation device: pour dust into the flue, start the machine, and you can directly read the concentration, temperature, wind speed and other data of smoke in the flue on the machine. The whole process takes only a few seconds before and after.

"As a measuring instrument for measuring the concentration of dust particles, this product not only has the advantages of good stability, simple structure, convenient operation, time-saving and labor-saving, fast detection speed and immediate data output, but also can accurately detect under complex conditions such as high humidity and ultra-low concentration, which greatly improves the detection efficiency." Ge Liang introduced said.

It is understood that the beta sensor type rapid smoke tester is a successful independent research and development of Jingbo, which cost 80 million yuan and took 8 years. After repeated experiments and innovations by R & D personnel, at present, beta sensor type rapid smoke test series products can be applied to various industries such as environmental protection bureaus, meteorological bureaus, steel, paper making, chemical industry, thermoelectric, catering, dust removal equipment, etc. (Reporter Zhang Mengmeng Zhao Ran)
