The production of small packaging chestnut has been upgraded from a labor-intensive semi-automatic operation to a central integrated fully automated production line, with a daily production capacity of 10 to 15 tons to 30 to 40 tons. The level of technical equipment, quality control and commodity production capacity have been greatly improved.

In addition, through the study of the production technology of chestnut powder, the best formula of color protection solution, the best drying process and extrusion technology were determined through many analysis and tests such as solubility, expansibility and blending, and the best formula and production technology of ready-to-eat chestnut powder were developed. a demonstration production line of chestnut powder was established, which enriched the variety of chestnut deep processing products and provided scientific and technological support for the industrialization and commercialization of chestnut in the city.
