?? In recent years, with the support of policies of various countries, solar energy has become the fastest growing form of energy application in the world. China has spared no effort in the development of photovoltaic power generation, encouraging the construction of photovoltaic power stations and promoting photovoltaic applications to continue to infiltrate into other industries. Among them, due to the commonness and complementarity of photovoltaic and agriculture in land use, the industry has been looking for a breakthrough in the combination of the two, making it one of the current key development directions.

Since Europe and the United States, in the international photovoltaic market in the doldrums, a large number of domestic photovoltaic enterprises are also in trouble, the problem of overcapacity is serious. Fundamentally speaking, the key for the domestic photovoltaic industry to break the crisis is whether it can gradually achieve self-transformation and get rid of its dependence on exports, which requires it to deeply cultivate the domestic application market.

After careful observation, the photovoltaic products around us can be seen everywhere: Tesla's charging station uses photovoltaic power generation, street lamps are equipped with solar panels, solar-powered watches and charging bags can be seen everywhere. Of course, the use of solar energy is much more than that, distributed and large photovoltaic power stations are the "top priority". However, after more than a decade of rapid expansion of the photovoltaic industry, it is difficult to obtain the support of local governments simply to do power generation business, and the combination of photovoltaic and other industries is also the direction of policy encouragement, and the "agriculture + photovoltaic" model is one of them.

Shi Dinghuan, chairman of the China Renewable Energy Society, said that in the long run, the development of photovoltaic agriculture is of great significance for China's agricultural transformation, and in the short term, photovoltaic agriculture is to a certain extent an effective measure to solve the current difficulties of the photovoltaic industry.

"compared with the conditions of barren hills, barren slopes and other unused land required by general large-scale ground projects, photovoltaic agriculture has more advantages." Li Jianzhi, chairman of Changshengri Solar Technology Co., Ltd., which is engaged in photovoltaic agriculture, said that in order to take the road of "rural areas surrounding cities", photovoltaic application enterprises need to transform and upgrade and strengthen the research and development of products in the terminal.

It is reported that the first phase of Xiexin Energy 300 MW project in Inner Mongolia is about to start construction. The first phase of the project plans to invest 300 million yuan to build a 1500 mu agricultural greenhouse project. Among them, 400 mu of photovoltaic agricultural greenhouse and 30 megawatts of photovoltaic installed capacity are built. Changsheng Ridian also cooperates with Jimo municipal government. At present, 40 megawatts of photovoltaic agricultural greenhouse power station has been built, and 60 megawatts will be connected to the grid before the end of the year, with an annual power generation capacity of 120 million kWh. Photovoltaic agricultural output value and photovoltaic power generation income reached 300 million yuan and 144 million yuan respectively, and will be extended to a photovoltaic agricultural industrial base of 30000 mu in the next three years. Due to subsidies, the development of photovoltaic agriculture has been rapid development in many provinces and cities.

Li Jianzhi revealed that although the prospect of agricultural industrialization is good, the early investment is large and the return is long, so it is difficult to obtain financing, and the proportion of self-owned capital is quite large, and companies entering this field often face unsustainable difficulties very quickly.

But this is not without a solution. The model proposed by Prosperity Japan Power is to build an agricultural photovoltaic park with local governments to combine photovoltaic business with the planting of superior crops around the country. at the same time, the incubator function is designed and the creator competition is introduced into the business team. Among them, the power generation income of the photovoltaic power station can bring loans to the bank mortgage, so as to solve the financial dilemma in the early stage of the development of agricultural projects, while the advantages of local agricultural production and the introduction of entrepreneurial teams make it possible for the long-term development of the park industry.
