Han Xingwang, 62, was born in Sancu Village, Jiezi Town, Xunhua Salar Autonomous County, Qinghai Province. He went out to start a business at the age of 18, and over the past 40 years, he has forged a small peasant construction team into a large joint-stock private enterprise group with 18 subsidiaries. In the process of the step-by-step development of the enterprise, helping the crisis and helping the poor has always been accompanied by it.

When contracting projects in pastoral areas, herdsmen who encounter difficulties in life will leave NT $200 to NT $300 for a bag or two of noodles; if a child in his hometown cannot afford to go to school, he will send the tuition fee in time. From the beginning of the construction team, as long as he could make a little money, he would always give part of it to help people in need and help the project wherever he went.

Since 2006, he began to provide nutrition subsidies to people over the age of 60 in 13 village communities in Xunhua County, ranging from 400 yuan to 800 yuan per person per month, which has been uninterrupted for more than 10 years. In the same year, in order to support poor out-of-school children, Qinghai Prosperity Love Rescue Association came into being, and over the past 10 years, it has helped a total of 5.3 million poor students to go to university. In 2013, Han Xingwang took the lead in advocating and providing 10 million yuan in one-off funding for the "ramen economy" to encourage and help aspiring young people to set up small and micro enterprises and restaurants. At the same time, since 2014, he has begun to give heavy awards to students and outstanding teachers in Xunhua County who have done well in the college entrance examination, with a maximum reward of 100000 yuan per student.
