Wipe the body for the paralyzed husband every day, prepare three meals a day for the elderly father-in-law, clean the house and do the housework. During the National Day holiday, Qiao ailing is still busy. These jobs are not easy for ordinary people to do, but this disabled woman in Beixinzhuang Village, Wanquan District, Zhangjiakou City, has been holding on for a full 10 years.

Qiao ailing, 58, suffered from osteoma in 1990. Since then, crutches have become her closest "companion" in her life. The strong Qiao ailing refused to admit defeat and, relying on her stubbornness, kept the whole house in good order, and all her neighbors and friends gave her a thumbs up. But who would have thought that in 2006, her husband's cerebellum atrophied and was paralyzed in bed. "at that time, I was so desperate that I even thought of killing myself, but when I looked at my paralyzed husband, my elderly father-in-law and my school children, I couldn't rest assured." Joe Aileen was determined to support the family with this pair of crutches.

Qiao ailing's legs can't be bent. Every time she wipes her husband's body, she will break out in sweat. Besides, feeding her husband water, feeding food, and taking care of urine and urine are even more immobile every day. In addition to taking care of her paralyzed husband, Qiao ailing has to wait on her elderly father-in-law. Every day before dawn, Qiao ailing had to get up, clean the house and prepare food for her husband and father-in-law. Only when they had finished could she hastily take a bite. Although life is hard, Qiao ailing never cries hardship and tiredness.

"nothing can delay the child." Qiao ailing said that apart from taking care of her husband and father-in-law, the last thing she dared to relax these years was the education of her children. Today, both sons have achieved something. "the eldest son has graduated from graduate school to work, and the younger son has gone to Hebei Agricultural University, all of which are very promising." Speaking of the two children, Qiao ailing looked proud.

"as long as I can still move, I will take good care of my husband and father-in-law, and life will certainly get better and better." Qiao ailing is full of longing for the future. (Hebei Daily reporter Liu Rongrong)
