Using the "golden key" of poverty alleviation project funds, poor households can receive 4,000 to 5,000 yuan in poverty alleviation funds for each vegetable greenhouse built, as well as discount loans; in addition, poor people can also participate in the skills training of the "Sunshine Project" and the "Rain and Dew Project". At present, Yaoying Village has developed nearly 200 vegetable greenhouses, and radiation has led to the construction of more than 30 greenhouses in the neighboring Xiao Chaizhuang Village, economies of scale have begun to emerge, and the goal of strengthening the people and enriching the village has gradually become a reality.

In the process of the development of the vegetable industry, Chen Shugui found that vegetable farmers grow vegetables blindly and randomly, lack of planning, resulting in increasing potential market risks. After full discussion and gestation with the "two committees" of the village, the group developed into a consensus. Under her guidance, Yao Ying Village set up a "mutual aid association for industrial development," in which party members and cadres helped poor families one on one, and set up professional cooperatives for evergreen vegetables in the four seasons to organize vegetable farmers to pick up groups to enter the market.

In 2014, the four Seasons evergreen Cooperative and seven vegetable cooperatives in Sheqi County, including "Bingyu" and "Xinlu", established the Wanhu vegetable planting Union, which strictly manages the whole production process of vegetables in accordance with the "six-unified" model of planting planning, breeding and seedling breeding, agricultural material supply, technical guidance, organic certification and brand sales.
