When he found that the Wangshuitang village department had no network and the "three rural call center network" was also in a paralyzed state, he suggested that the village branch secretary and director should install broadband and actively contact the relevant departments. Through various efforts, the broadband of the village department was finally installed on August 1, 2014, and broadband was also installed in the homes of 25 villagers in Songxinzhuang Natural Village. Nowadays, the distance education network of Wangshuitang Village is playing an active role.

The renovation of dilapidated houses is an important livelihood project and popular project. According to the application put forward by the head of the household for the renovation of dilapidated houses, take photos and register door to door, organize the villagers to conduct evaluation, conduct investigation and verification, and publicize the evaluation and audit results. Let the masses who are really in difficulty enjoy the warmth of the party and the government. Up to now, Wangshuitang Village has completed the renovation of 22 dilapidated houses in rural areas.

Over the past three years, Liu Shisen has been moved by the simplicity and kindness of the villagers, and his sincere enthusiasm has also been praised by the masses. Liu Shisen said: "I deeply fell in love with this hot land in the remote mountainous areas of the west. I settled my hukou from Jilin City to Yanchi County. I will take root here, live here, and dedicate my youth and sweat here."
