Bailiguo said that it will continue to implement Liu Xianzhuang's "Happy Rural Plan"-- adhere to the road of "combining industry with farmers, supporting farmers with industry, and getting rich through industry", and strive to enable villagers to live a more comfortable, elegant and modern life within five years.

"I'm a party member, so I can't just focus on my own business."

Bailiguo is a successful entrepreneur in Yutian County. Starting from going out to work, after more than 20 years of entrepreneurial efforts, he has set up more than a dozen enterprises and accumulated hundreds of millions of yuan of assets. His company, Terry, has become one of the top ten fireworks enterprises in the country.

"you've been doing well for the past few years. Can you come back and replace me?" At the end of 2008, Liu Deru, an old branch secretary of Liu Xianzhuang Village, found Bailiguo and persuaded him to return to the village.

At that time, Liu Xianzhuang had a per capita income of less than 3000 yuan, and the villagers were living a tight life. Bailiguo was moved, but it was strongly opposed by parents, wives and business executives. "I'm a party member, so I can't just focus on my own business." Bailiguo said, "people have ideals in life. After more than 20 years of hard work, I realized my first dream of becoming rich." The second dream is to lead the whole village to get rich with me. "

In January 2009, the general election of the "two committees" team of Liu Xianzhuang Village was held. Bailiguo, who was elected with a high vote in recent years, returned to the village to shoulder the heavy burden of the secretary of the general party branch of the village and the director of the village committee.

As soon as he took office, he handed over his enterprise to his family, led village cadres to visit from house to house, solicited the opinions of villagers, successively held meetings of the leading bodies of the "two village committees," party members, and villagers' representatives, and decided to start with what the villagers were looking forward to. first build new houses.

The construction of new dwellings requires a lot of capital investment, and the first phase of the project alone needs 50 million yuan. Where does the money come from? At that time, the village not only had no money, but also owed a lot of foreign debt.

Without consulting with his family, Bailiguo set aside 50 million yuan from his own enterprise to start the project. In the middle of the construction of new houses, there is a shortage of funds again, and loans are unable to come down. In desperation, he successively sold the fireworks factory in Inner Mongolia, the quarry, clothing factory and beverage factory in the county, and raised 160 million yuan to cushion the village.

"I am not only a village cadre, but also a member of the Communist Party. I have to be responsible for everything." In the face of the confusion of his family, Bailiguo said that he had promised the people that he would use five years to successfully transform the new houses in the village. The village is short of money, so he can help if he can.

A promise is worth thousands of dollars. In four and a half years, 270000 square meters of new residential houses in Liuxianzhuang have sprung up, and 2006 people in the village have moved into new houses, replacing 680 mu of land.

Seven years later, people are amazed at the changes in Liu Xianzhuang. And the villagers are pleasantly surprised to find that Bailiguo's promise is becoming a reality step by step.

The low and dilapidated old house is gone, replaced by a neatly planned, elegant environment, which is the envy of the city.

Today's Liuxianzhuang Agricultural and Commercial Group has more than 20 subsidiaries and industrial departments, covering agriculture, trade, finance, cultural media and other fields. In 2015, the village achieved a total industrial and agricultural output value of 180 million yuan.

Bailiguo said, "it is my responsibility to let the people get rich, and we must let the masses lead a good life." With the sensitivity of an entrepreneur, as soon as he took office, he seized the opportunity of the construction of key projects in Changsheng logistics market in Yutian County and invested 20 million yuan to build the "Liuxianzhuang developed Industrial Park." soon eight enterprises with high science and technology content and good market prospects settled in the park and arranged for more than 700 people from the whole village to work in the factory.

Relying on the geographical advantages of the Yahongqiao market, JD.com 's largest market close at hand, Bailiguo also actively encouraged villagers to develop the small commodity economy, and more than 50 large-scale enterprises emerged in the village in a very short time.

In 2009, Bailiguo advocated and initiated the establishment of Fidelity Professional Cooperative, which transferred the contracted land of villagers to the collective in the form of shareholding, unified operation and management by the cooperative, and guided the masses to develop ecological and efficient agriculture. More than 200 farmers in the village enthusiastically joined the cooperative, with an average annual income of 3500 yuan per person.

In 2011, he led the whole village to make use of the land transferred by Fidelity Farmers' specialized Cooperative, invested more than 5 million yuan to build a standardized demonstration base of edible mushrooms in Yutian County, a national modern agricultural demonstration zone, and built 91 greenhouse sheds of Lentinus edodes. It successfully passed the base certification and the trademark registration of "Liu Xian". The shiitake mushrooms produced were recognized as "pollution-free products" by the Agricultural products Inspection Center of the Ministry of Agriculture in 2012, and have now come out of Yutian. One after another into Beijing, Tianjin, Tang and other high-end markets, with an annual income of more than 2000 million yuan.

In order to further expand the influence of Liu Xianzhuang Agricultural and Commercial Group, Bailiguo established the Yahongqiao Chamber of Commerce in Yutian County, which will cover large, medium and small enterprises in and around the village.
