Goat milk is warm in nature, nourishing blood and moistening dryness. It can be used as an auxiliary treatment for kidney deficiency, chronic gastritis and hyperacidity. At the same time, goat milk is also a unique natural antibiotic, to prevent pneumonia and other respiratory diseases, treatment of gastrointestinal and beauty sedative have auxiliary role. Feng Haijiang, who grew up in Xichuan County, Henan Province since childhood, noticed the natural effect of goat milk and the characteristics of strong adaptability and easy breeding of dairy goats, so he contracted more than 50 mu of land in Yanjiagou Village, Maotang Township, Xichuan County. In 2008, he built a dairy goat farm. At present, there are more than 300 dairy goats, 70 dairy goats and 235 kilograms of fresh milk per day. The price is 11.5 yuan per kilogram, which is still in short supply.

Feng Haijiang, 35, worked in coastal cities after graduating from high school in 1996. The hard work process made him accumulate rich social experience, but also made him accumulate a certain amount of funds, he began to look for rich projects. In 2008, he came to Fuping County, Shaanxi Province, where dairy goats were bred, and introduced 30 purebred Guanzhong dairy goats and 3 Swiss Saneng male goats. Feng Haijiang said: "In Fuping, dairy goats are mainly wild. Although we don't have so much grass here, alfalfa is abundant and contains high protein, which is the best feed for dairy goats." However, due to lack of breeding experience, two goats died soon after they were bought back.

Looking at the dead sheep, Feng Haijiang's heart ached. No matter how he looked left and right, he couldn't find the cause of death. The next day, he came to the county animal husbandry bureau and consulted experts. Through the test learned the truth, the original sheep is ruminant animals, after eating, there is a chewing digestion process. Feng Haijiang did not understand that too much pure grain was fed at one time. The stomach of the sheep was too full. Saliva stuck to the grain. If the rumination did not come up, it would not be able to chew back and suffocate the sheep to death.

Having learned his lesson, Feng Haijiang consulted local goat farmers and learned the "earth" method of mixing materials, that is, after all kinds of feeds were put in, they were stirred evenly with sticks, and two technicians were hired. At the same time, he also according to the milk production characteristics of dairy goats, using local alfalfa, red dates, his own research with alfalfa, corn, wheat bran, soybean meal, red dates, salt according to different proportions of feed, goats grow strong, milk production is also sufficient. In order to make the sheep live more comfortably, he covered the sheep with a north-south transparent colored board sheep pen, in which a stove was born in winter to keep warm.

"This kind of goat is easy to raise and can be fed on time and in quantity. Because of milk production needs, the amount of feed fed per day is the amount of ordinary goats for one and a half days. From birth to lambing, dairy goats take a year, more than three months longer than ordinary goats. Twice a year to prevent illness." Feng Haijiang said, looking at his watch, it was already afternoon milking time." Goat milk should not be cooked. It's best to steam it. Cooking will 'cook' a lot of nutrients. Many people don't like the smell of goat milk. As long as you put almonds in the steam and steam them, you can get rid of the smell."

This year, his milk goats produced fresh goat milk sold to Zhengzhou, Xi'an, Wuhan and other places, the benefits are very considerable. Facing the future, Feng Haijiang is full of confidence. He plans to study artificial insemination technology of dairy goats in Henan University of Science and Technology in a few years to further expand the breeding scale of dairy goats.
