Aim at the green waters and green mountains

Zhang Ming drilled a deep well, and after testing, the well water was high-quality mineral water. He used the well water to produce liquor with sorghum, corn and grain bran as raw materials, and through the process of fermentation, sterilization and saccharification, the distiller's grains produced is a kind of high-quality feed-aseptic saccharified feed.

Saccharified feed is rich in nutrients, which is incomparable to general cereal feed. 100 kg aseptic saccharified feed is fed directly to ruminants such as cattle and sheep, and the feeding benefit is equivalent to the sum of 450-600 kg corn, 30-40 kg forage grass and 40-100 kg wheat grass. The animals raised by aseptic saccharified feed are healthy, do not get sick, do not need epidemic prevention and treatment, and subtract veterinary drug residues.

At the same time, Zhang Ming planted economic forests such as big apricot flat, meat apricot and begonia in the forest, and the company can harvest natural, safe and pollution-free forest and fruit products. At the same time, he planted miscellaneous grains among fruit trees to provide auxiliary feed for fattening the culture area. Transformation of ecological farming

Zhang Ming fenced the woodland and built a breeding enclosure. In the first year, he bought lambs from Bashang at 800 yuan each. He raised 300 lambs. The fattening sheep on the market take only three or four months from lamb to fattening, while Zhang Ming's sheep do not feed fattening feed until seven months, but let them graze on the pollution-free grassland of apricot woodland, drink mineral water after grazing, and replenish forage and lees at the same time. Artificially grazed sheep have good meat quality and are beneficial to human health after eating.

The initial idea was good, but the mutton market was not good. Each of the hard-raised sheep sold for only 230 yuan, and he lost 300000 yuan in the first year of raising sheep. "the mutton market is not good, so we can only reduce the number of sheep, but we have to raise it. There is always a time when the market will improve." Zhang Ming said.

After losing money in raising sheep, he introduced more than 100 black pigs. Black pigs are closely related to wild boars. Black pork has marbling lines, delicious meat, good intermuscular fat precipitation, and fat meat is not greasy at all.

Unlike pork on the market, black pigs have a long growth cycle and do not come out for more than a year. He set the price of the black pig at 29 yuan, which can be sold for more than 50 yuan in Beijing. But the locals do not recognize the black pig, and the price is too high to sell, and the black pig has grown to 16 or 17 months and weighs more than 200 jin, so it is even more uneconomical to keep it up, so he has to reduce the price of the black pig.

Raising black pigs did not make money, but experts assessed Zhang Ming's black pigs, saying that his black pigs had been raised for more than a year. Six or seven people engaged in pig sales in the urban area also took a fancy to Zhang Ming's black pig and bought goods from him, and the public gradually realized that the black pig was of good meat quality, which increased Zhang Ming's confidence.
