Liu Sha, born in 1985, was born in Qinzui Village, Dongjin Town, Xiangzhou District, Xiangyang City. He left the countryside to work in the factory in August 2009 and won the titles of "Top Ten Migrant Workers" and National Model Workers in Hubei Province successively. "It turned out that farming at home was a solo struggle, and I was used to it freely. At first, I was not used to working in factories from the countryside." Hard work pays off. In less than half a year, Liu Sha has been able to see 16 cars, 4 more than other workers. Moreover, she practiced a unique skill of "fast hand". Compared with the female workers who entered the factory in the same year, the number of knots handled per minute was 38% higher, and the speed of processing broken meridians was 25% faster. Technology-driven, team play

In view of the uneven operation level of the car pickers, she used her technical expertise to teach, help and repeatedly operate according to people until the employees fully mastered the technology.
At the beginning of 2013, the former shift leader of Class D in the machine shop resigned because of serious staff turnover and could not guarantee normal production. At that time, there was no experienced shift leader willing to take over. At last, Liu Sha took over the Ding shift under pressure, and kept up with the busy like clockwork every day.
Personnel tension, she went to the village to promote recruitment; efficiency can not be improved, she explored and summarized the "one stop, two look and three check" tour method, improve production efficiency up to 10%; production tasks are tight, she put forward the slogan of "five minutes before the shift to open the platform," took the lead in setting up a "youth commando team" of more than 20 people, reasonably arranged new and old partners of employees, good and bad partners, greatly improved the comprehensive opening efficiency. Soon, Ding Ban's production indicators went up and ranked in the forefront of each team, but Liu Sha lost 10 jin.
Whether as a coach or a shift monitor, Liu Sha always puts the training of sisters 'operational skills in the first place. She has brought out more than 50 apprentices, 39 of whom have become quality pacesetters and operation experts, playing an important role in the workshop.
Emotional retention, team as a family
the textile factory was tired of work and the environment was poor, and many employees left because of this. For example, contact and urge the property company to repair broken bulbs and pipes, help employees charge electric car batteries, go to the hospital to visit sick relatives of employees, etc.
In his spare time, Liu Sha organizes his sisters to carry out mountain climbing, karaoke competitions, cooking competitions and other activities to advocate a healthy lifestyle and deepen feelings and cohesion. The attendance rate of team staff is above 95%, and the turnover rate is reasonably controlled within 2%.
In May 2015, Liu Sha won the title of National Model Worker. After Liu Sha became a model worker, she still shuttled between the machines diligently. The company prepared to give her an apartment. However, Liu Sha heard that the apartment supply was tight and many college students were waiting in line. She did not hesitate to give up.
