Xing Cuicui is the winner of the National Youth May 4th Medal and the chairman of the Green Field Livestock and Poultry Cooperative in Huangpu Town, Qianshan County, Anhui Province. Many people may not expect that this weak and stubborn "post-80s" girl is also the first secretary of the Party branch of Baoling Village, Qianshan County. In 2009, Xing Cuicui gave up her high-paying job in Shanghai and returned to Qianshan to build the first large-scale rabbit farm in Qianshan with her own hands. At present, the annual output value of the farm reaches 2 million yuan, and there are more than 4000 Rex rabbits, which drives the villagers of Baoling Village on the road to prosperity.

Back home, love to start a business dream

Baoling Village, located in Huangpu Town, is less than 20km away from the county seat of Qianshan County. It belongs to typical hilly landform, warm climate and abundant rainfall. It has unique conditions for developing agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry industries. "The countryside has not gone out of my sight. College students should go deep into the countryside and serve the countryside. It has become my first choice to choose characteristic agricultural projects suitable for rural development and catering to the theme of consumption of the times." Xing Cuicui thought so and did so. In July 2007, Xing Cuicui, who graduated from Anhui University, returned to her hometown Qianshan to start her business. "I came back here to develop because I took a fancy to the natural advantages of buried hill.

Try hard to stick to your dreams

In 2009, Xing Cuicui returned to Baoling Village, Huangpu Town without telling her parents. At the beginning of her business, she suffered all the hardships. Before Xing Cuicui's farm was built, there were only two dilapidated sheds, one large and one small. In order to save labor costs, she moved bricks, shoveled sand and dug trenches under the scorching sun for construction; in order to save material costs, she removed new bricks from the old walls, and the rabbit production box was also made by her own hands by scraping skin and sawing boards. In the early days of farm construction, she experienced hardships.

In October 2009, Xing Cuicui's farm was basically completed, introducing 800 meat rabbits for the first time. However, near the Spring Festival, rabbits suddenly fell ill, a large number of deaths, because the Spring Festival is approaching, the village veterinarians have gone home for the Spring Festival, she had to read books while learning animal husbandry veterinary-related knowledge, personally dissecting sick rabbits, sleepless to find out the cause. However, hard-working Xing Cuicui still failed to survive this difficulty, 800 breeding rabbits in the farm only less than 12 left.

After hard work, sweet things come to lead the villagers to the road of prosperity

Despite the hardships, Xing Cuicui never gave up. In order to find out the growth law of breeding rabbits, she moved her home into the rabbit house, got up in the middle of the night every day to inspect the growth of breeding rabbits, carefully recorded, carefully studied the growth changes of breeding rabbits, early detection, early isolation and early treatment of sick rabbits. Xing Cuicui's parents decided to sell their house in Shanghai and quit their stable job to return to Qianshan in order to support her business, so that Xing Cuicui had energy and confidence. After a year of dedicated study and hard work, Xing Cuicui has a deeper understanding of Rex rabbit breeding and rabbit disease prevention and control, and has changed from a "layman" who knows nothing to a "rabbit breeding expert".

Xing Cuicui, who was in a good mood, set out again. In June 2010, with the strong support of the government of Qianshan County, Xing Cuicui obtained a financial discount loan of 100,000 yuan. From July to September of the same year, she successively introduced 3 batches of breeding rabbits, and the stock of breeding rabbits in the farm reached more than 4000, and introduced rabbit vaccine from Anhui Province Academy of Agricultural Sciences, so the problem of rabbit disease was solved.

With the continuous development of farms, Xing Cuicui took the lead in establishing Green Field Livestock and Poultry Breeding Professional Cooperative in Qianshan County, adopting the mode of "company + farmer household" to provide rabbit seeds, breeding technology, forage seeds and feed, vaccines, etc. for farmers, and was responsible for recycling commercial rabbits, driving farmers in Baoling Village and surrounding villages to embark on the road of entrepreneurship and prosperity. "The villagers nearby all raised rabbits with me. In those few years, I earned more than ten thousand yuan!" Speaking of the glory of the farm, Xing Cuicui can not hide the joy in his heart.

"It's nothing to be rich myself. I have to lead the villagers to become rich together." As the first secretary of the Party branch of Baoling Village, in recent years, the number of members of Qianshan County Green Field Livestock and Poultry Breeding Professional Cooperative led by Xing Cuicui has reached more than 600, with an annual output of more than 50,000 commercial rabbits and an average income increase of more than 2000 yuan per household.
