No soil, no fertilizer, no medicine, sprouts "planted" on a plate

Sprouts are green vegetables that can be eaten directly from the seeds of various grains, beans, and trees through a series of specific processes such as sowing and watering. Because they grow vigorously, they will continue to grow even if their roots are cut off, so they are also called living vegetables.

Sprouts are alkaline food, after eating can neutralize excess acid in the body, to achieve acid-base balance, is a healthy food. Xu Xiaolei introduced to reporters, taking bean sprouts as an example, the West said bean sprouts are one of the four inventions of Chinese food. Bean sprouts have high nutritional value, short growth cycle, and low calories. Every 100g of bean sprouts contains only 16 calories, while moisture and cellulose are high. Long-term consumption can reduce weight. Soybean sprouts, mung bean sprouts and other sprouts on the market are more common, and later gradually developed black bean sprouts, pea sprouts, silkworm sprouts and so on.

Without relying on independent entrepreneurship, we hope that poverty alleviation policies can be inclusive.

At present, Xu Xiaolei's career has just started, planting technology is also in the exploration stage, only a greenhouse, even according to the three-dimensional planting algorithm, but also only about one mu of planting area, after the cost, the annual net income has reached more than 40,000 yuan, basically realizing poverty alleviation.

Xu Xiaolei told reporters, planting sprouts is very hard, get up at 2,3 o 'clock in the morning to cut vegetables, 5 o' clock arrived at the farmers 'market, 6 o' clock back to the shed, sprinkle 3-4 times a day, 5, 6 o 'clock in the evening shed, sales a shoulder pick, 365 days a year, every day so. Talking about the entrepreneurial experience of these years, this one-meter-tall man who gets up early and greedily every day actually has some choking. Three years ago, Xu Xiaolei, who worked in an enterprise, resigned and chose to start a business. Xu Xiaolei first took over a friend's sprout stall, soaking in the greenhouse all day, studying cultivation methods, but also running the market every day to solve sales problems. Sprouts planting costs are higher, sales prices are also higher, and sales are not good at first. After hard work, Xu Xiaolei has not only opened up a market, but also set up Zhongyue Fruit and Vegetable Planting Agricultural Cooperative in the village, hoping to lead everyone to jointly increase the production scale and embark on the road of prosperity.

These days, the Agriculture Department of Shandong Province is organizing the "Creative Competition for Rural Entrepreneurship and Innovation Projects in Shandong Province," and Xu Xiaolei has shown strong interest in this. In recent years, Xu Xiaolei has been struggling, only limited to small fights, food and clothing has been more than enough, large-scale production and sales are quite difficult. In Zhaoyuan, there is only one sprout planting, and the advantage is that there is no competition. However, due to high production cost and low yield, this characteristic agricultural production project can only produce one sprout, which is difficult to scale up by itself, and lacks corresponding technical docking, training guidance and financial support.

Speaking of next year's plan, Xu Xiaolei said he hoped that more entrepreneurs like him would also receive the government's poverty alleviation policy at the beginning of their careers.
