From the cow farms in Baoshan and Dali, he successively introduced more than 80 hybrid cows, such as Simmental, Angus and Brahmin, to lay a good foundation for the development and growth of the farm.

In the process of developing the beef cattle breeding industry, he actively integrated into the poverty alleviation work of Youwang Town, relying on beef cattle farms, gradually led the masses to develop breeding cows. "what people are most worried about is the high investment in beef cattle breeding and the high risk of raising beef cattle." Zhao Guangcai saw the crux of the problem and tried to take various measures to reduce the risk of the masses as far as possible and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the masses to develop the beef cattle industry.

"We have implemented the 'five-unified' and 'one-independent' breeding development model of unified purchase of breeding cows, unified isolation and disinfection, unified vaccination, unified technical training, unified bottom guarantee sales and farmers' independent breeding and sales, so as to allay the concerns of the masses." Zhao Guangcai said that he took the initiative to undertake the task of breeding consultants in the village, instructing farmers to raise beef cattle scientifically and do a good job in disease prevention. And take the farm as the education and training base to carry out on-the-spot teaching and training for farmers to improve the breeding level of the surrounding people. In order to help people in need, the farm also paid more than 300,000 yuan for breeding cows.

With the increase in the number of beef cattle farmers, in view of the problems existing in some beef cattle farmers, such as limited breeding enclosures and labor shortage, Zhao Guangcai took the initiative to undertake the task of raising cows, taking the measure of sharing between farmers and farms to provide farmers with "cow nanny" type foster care services, so that farmers can sit down and receive breeding dividends. At present, more than 10 farmers have raised more than 20 fertile cows to beef cattle farms.

Since 2014, driven by Zhao Guang's beef cattle farm, more than 2000 households of 16 village committees in Wangzhen have been able to breed more than 3000 cows and have produced more than 660 cowboys.
