"Boss Huang, I want 26 Luhua pheasants tomorrow." "all right! You are a regular customer. I'll give you a preferential price of 98 yuan each. I'll pick the biggest one for you! " On February 6, Huang Ying, director of the specialized cooperative of ecological running pheasants in Xiangzhai Village, Baofei Town, Renshou County, received a call early in the morning to buy "ecological running pheasants."

Huang Ying's professional cooperative in Xiangzhai Village 5 groups, the chicken farm year-round breeding of Luhua chicken, black-bone chicken, yellow hybrid chicken and other different varieties of ecological running pheasant. Huang Ying, 36, told reporters that she had been working in places such as Guangdong and Chengdu, but because her parents were old and her children were young, she also wanted to go back to her hometown for development. after many visits and combined with local conditions, she returned to her hometown to raise pheasants at the end of 2012.

Huang Ying initially bought only more than 100 breeder chickens and allowed them to build nests and lay eggs on the mountain to hatch chicks, and then developed black-bone chickens, yellow hybrid chickens and other breeds. Since April 2015, more than 4000 pheasants and 40, 000 eggs have been sold every year. Today, Huang Ying has started a family-ordered farming model, and has set up a professional native chicken farming cooperative, which has radiated to Yongse Village, Donghua Village and other neighboring villages. "I encountered a lot of bottlenecks and difficulties when I started my business, and when I wanted to give up many times, I gritted my teeth and stuck to it." Huang Ying sighed that it took too much sweat to get what she achieved today after working hard and getting a harvest.

"our pheasants are scattered in the mountains and grow in the woods. they feed on weeds and insects, supplemented by bracts, wheat and paddy. They enjoy conditions similar to those of wild birds, and their meat is fresh and tender." Huang Ying said that the 98-yuan "running pheasant" sells well, and many of them are repeat customers. A barren mountain, because of raising running pheasants, has become a "golden hill".

Only by continuous learning can we make progress. Huang Ying knows not only breeding techniques, but also online sales. The "ecological running pheasant" of the cooperative is sold to major hotels, farm music and residents' homes inside and outside the county through the "JD.com" e-commerce platform. the order is placed on the first day and can be delivered to the guest's table the next day. During the Spring Festival, it is the peak sales season, and Huang Ying is most worried that the cooperative's "running pheasants" are not enough to sell.

In addition, as president of the cooperative, Huang Ying also took the initiative to provide chicken seedlings and door-to-door guidance services to poor families. Wang Bing, an 11-group villager in Xiangzhai Village, is poor due to perennial illness. under the guidance and support of Huang Ying, more than 40 running pheasants were raised in 2016, increasing family income. Today, there are 10 poor households like Wang Bing, who have become Huang Ying's "object of help."
