With the support of the state to the dairy industry, Wang Jianyong is full of confidence in the future development of dairy cooperatives.

On the 24th of each month, Wen Rongxiang, a villager of Dazhao Village, Yangerzhuang Township, Huanghua City, is most looking forward to it. On this day, he will receive a monthly dividend of 4200 yuan on time in his bank account. "We don't have to feed or worry about the cows. We can still pay dividends at the end of the month. Do you think this is a good thing?" Wen Rongxiang said with a smile. The "good thing" in Wen Rongxiang's mouth is that he took his 18 cows as shares and joined the Zhenhua Dairy Cooperatives in Huanghua City. According to the annual dividend of 2800 yuan per cow, 18 cows can get a dividend of 50400 yuan a year.

In the past, Wen Rongxiang and his wife raised cattle at home, taking risks and painstaking efforts, and could not earn much money all the year round. Three years ago, the Zhenhua Dairy Cooperatives in Huanghua City, near the village, launched a foster care model. He "bought shares with cattle" and tasted the benefits in the month when he signed the contract. "if we don't raise cattle, we can make time to go out to work. If you earn 6200 yuan a month as a part-time worker, plus 4200 yuan in dividends, you will earn ten thousand yuan a month. " Wen Rongxiang said that now the couple earn more than 100,000 yuan a year, and their small life is getting more and more interesting.

It was Wang Jianyong, manager of Zhenhua Dairy Cooperatives in Huanghua City, who gave dividends to Wen Rongxiang and his wife. At present, there are more than 600 dairy cows in the cooperative, of which 1/3 come from "retail investors" such as Wen Rongxiang. Cooperatives exercise strict management over all dairy cows, unifying feed, unified epidemic prevention, unified milking and unified disinfection. "any risk is borne by the cooperative, and the farmers just sit at home and count the money." Wang Jianyong said with a smile.

Wang Jianyong, 45, has been dealing with cows for nearly 30 years. He has been feeding cows since he was 16. In 2008, Wang Jianyong began to engage in large-scale dairy farming. Because of the high quality of milk and up to the standards of various tests, he successfully signed a contract with a well-known domestic dairy industry to supply fresh milk directly to the processing plant set up by the other party in Hebei.

In 2012, Wang Jianyong's dairy farm suffered heavy losses due to an outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease due to mismanagement. After that, he summed up experiences and lessons, stepped up epidemic prevention, and finally got out of the trough.

Three years ago, when the state policy changed and tightened the control of the dairy industry, retail feeding of dairy cows was not allowed, and dairy farmers in some villages sent their cows to him. Wang Jianyong, who is well aware of the hardships of retail investors, draws lessons from the experience of others and launches a foster model of "buying shares with cattle". "you are putting your money in the bank to earn interest, and the farmers are saving their cattle with me to share the dividend." Wang Jianyong said that he signed a five-year or ten-year contract with retail investors, the dividend was paid monthly, the contract expired, several cattle were bought and returned, and retail investors did not have to worry about the "principal".

In the past two years, the national dairy industry has declined, and Wang Jianyong's persistence has proved his strength. Even in difficult times, Wang Jianyong still transfers money to farmers on time according to the dividends agreed upon in the contract, and does not give or owe everyone a penny less. "honesty is more valuable than money." At present, the cooperative operates smoothly, supplying nearly 5 tons of fresh milk to the processing plant every day.

A person in charge of the Yang Erzhuang township government said that Wang Jianyong's dairy cooperative not only benefited 15 farmers like Wen Rongxiang, but also bought whole acres of crops from nearby villagers every autumn harvest for the benefit of the villagers. In total, he bought more than 2000 mu of cornfield and more than 100mu of alfalfa land. He not only offered a higher price than others, but also organized mechanical door-to-door harvesting without any effort from the villagers.

In 2016, Wang Jianyong was awarded the honorary title of "Young Top Talent" in Huanghua City for driving villagers to become rich. Wang Jianyong is full of confidence about the future of the cooperative. He said that the state is giving more and more support to the dairy industry. He plans to put on a batch of modern equipment and continue to expand the farming scale of the cooperative.
