From a clerk with a monthly salary of 1200 yuan, to a business executive with an annual salary of 200000 yuan, to losing everything and coming to Macheng as an ordinary swineherd, Yan Hua, a post-80s Huanong university student, has experienced twists and turns in his life. But he clenched his teeth with a spirit of never admitting defeat, and finally became the winner of life.

Yan Hua, a native of Chuxiong Prefecture, Yunnan Province, graduated from Huazhong Agricultural University in June 2008. After graduation, he came to Guangdong Qingyuan Yingyi Ecological breeding Co., Ltd to work hard. He started as an ordinary breeder with a salary of only 1200 yuan a month. after four years of precipitation and hard work, he was finally promoted from an ordinary breeder to the head of a pig farm.

Yan Hua: at that time, I could get 9000 yuan at the end of every month. I could also participate in a dividend of about 5% a year. At that time, my salary was about 200000 a year.

The annual salary was 200000 yuan, which was really not easy in the working days at that time, but the good times did not last long, because the pig farm was built next to the country Garden real estate, which had a greater impact on the whole environment. At the end of 2012, the government issued a notice to the pig farm to rectify and stop production. In desperation, Yan Hua had to find another way out.

Yan Hua: when the boss left at that time, he said, "now you can't do it anymore, so go back and start a business. I will choose some sows from my own farm for you as your entrepreneurial capital and give it to you at the lowest price."

The boss's words not only deeply moved Yan Hua, but also deeply touched his heart. After consulting with his family, Yan Hua came to Macheng with 150 sows from Guangdong in early 2013 and began his arduous entrepreneurial journey.

Yan Hua: one of my aunts is a women's director in ginkgo. At that time, he found Secretary Wang of Lengpu River Village, where there was a project promoted by the whole village. There are eleven pig pens to be rented out. At that time, we were also approved by Secretary Wang, who was still very supportive of our side.

I heard that highly educated people from Huanong University will come to Ginkgo Town to do farming, and the local government departments are very supportive.

Li Xiaogang, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Technical Service Center of Baiguo Town: he is one of the few highly educated breeding talents in Macheng. As far as I know, we have not seen any Huanong graduates engaged in aquaculture in Macheng. I think he is the most suitable one.

As Yan Hua majored in animal quarantine at school, coupled with several years of precipitation in Guangdong pig farms, he was naturally adept at raising pigs. However, what Yan Hua did not expect is that when he came to Macheng to engage in farming, he fell into a "dog nibbling mud" from the very beginning, and it was OK in the first half of 2013, but in the second half of the year, the pig market continued to decline, and not only pig prices fell to the bottom, but feed prices also remained high, resulting in Yan Hua's total loss.

Li Xiaogang of Baiguo Town Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Technical Service Center: at that time, when he came here in 2013, the market was not good. He had already lost more than 1 million yuan, and people could no longer do it.

If there is a difficulty on one side, there will be support from all sides. In Yan Hua's most difficult time, fortunately, he had the help of his family and government departments to help him tide over the difficulties. After learning about Yan Hua's current situation, the village leader also gave strong policy support to part of his rent reduction.

Yan Hua: in June 2014, I bought price insurance for more than 2, 000 fat pigs. by June 2015, the insurance company cashed in the price insurance for more than 2000 pigs we bought in 2014, and the government lost me nearly 100 thousand yuan. This sum of money can be said to be my lifesaver.

Keep the clouds open to the light of day. Pig prices began to rise all the way in the second half of 2015. Now, Yan Hua has not only earned back all the money he lost, but also has a pretty good surplus.

Li Xiaogang, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Technical Service Center, Baiguo Town, Macheng: he is doing very well now. He has also bought a car and a house in the city, which is a bright spot in ginkgo.

At present, Yanhua Pig Farm has a stock of 300 sows and an annual output value of 2000 fat pigs, with an annual output value of 6 million yuan. At this time, Yan Hua not only became rich himself, but also led the surrounding farmers to shake off poverty and become rich.

Yan Hua: among the 18 small and medium-sized farmers around me, I have given some technical support, coupled with the provision of pig seedlings, they are now fully integrated into this breeding industry, and they have indeed made money this year.

Li Xiaogang, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Technical Service Center, Baiguo Town, Macheng: he is the main body of the market, driving us to Lengpuhe Village and Tuanqi Village. There are 18 households in the two villages. through his help, 18 poor families have now been lifted out of poverty. I think he is a great aspiring young man who has made contributions to Macheng.
