Zhang Xiujuan heard that growing Pleurotus ostreatus has the advantages of low investment, low risk, easy to learn, and does not delay farming. Moreover, Pleurotus ostreatus is a pollution-free green food, containing selenium, polysaccharides and other substances, which can enhance human immunity and have high nutritional value. Fang Hongjie, Zhang Xiujuan and his wife came up with the idea of Pleurotus ostreatus in greenhouse. After careful consideration, in September last year, the Fang Hongjie family discussed with two other companies and decided to invest 7800 yuan each to build a greenhouse and try to grow Pleurotus ostreatus.

Farmers who are down-to-earth and willing to work will do as soon as they say. In order to save money, they are self-reliant and work hard, from building greenhouses to installing bacteria, and do whatever they can do by themselves. In order to make Pleurotus ostreatus grow better, they consulted experienced people over and over again, and bought many kinds of books on Pleurotus ostreatus, self-taught ingredients, inoculation, temperature control, humidity control and other cultivation techniques.

While groping and practicing, after their careful care, a shed of Pleurotus ostreatus had a bumper harvest that year. Since November last year, three crops have been collected, with a total of nearly 6500 jin.
