Hu Feng introduced to the author that Taiwan Loach has the advantages of fast growth, strong disease resistance and high culture density. its biggest feature is that a Loach weighs more than 100 grams and its growth rate is 5 times that of wild Loach. It can be put on the market after three or four months of cultivation. At present, the purchase price of Taiwan Loach is 24 yuan per kilogram on the market, the yield per mu can reach more than 800 kilograms, and the output value is nearly 20,000 yuan. Taiwan Loach cultivated by Hu Feng is mainly sold to restaurants and hotels in Quanzhou, Xiamen and other places.
