Li Xianzhi, 49, is from Sunzhuang, Youfangdian Township, Zhengyang County. Her husband is ill and her children go to school. Her family is a poor family in the village. However, she did not wait to rely on, using the idle ponds in the village to raise Loach, out of a way out of poverty. Today, her Loach is sold to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other places.

On March 21, under the leadership of Yang Xinjian, the first secretary of the village, the reporter came to the pond where Li Xianzhi raised the Loach and saw many cages inside, and the Loach looking for food was tumbling and jumping. Li Xianzhi is feeding Loach (pictured). She said, "these Loach are my treasures to get rid of poverty and become rich!"

In the past, Li Xianzhi's husband, Yang Hongsheng, worked outside, leaving Li Xianzhi to take care of his three children at home. It is the unforeseen that always happens. In 2009, Yang Hongsheng underwent surgery because of a cerebral hemorrhage and was unable to do heavy work. All three children were admitted to college one after another, and the burden of the family fell on Li Xianzhi alone. Later, Li Xianzhi inadvertently learned about the rich project of raising Loach on TV, so she had the idea of raising Loach. So she went to Shanghai and other places to learn the technique of raising Loach.

In 2014, she began to raise Loach. Loach has high requirements for the environment, and Li Xianzhi, who has just started his business, has killed a lot of Loach. But Li Xianzhi and his wife were not discouraged. They worked while learning, and finally succeeded.

The Loach raised by Li Xianzhi has delicate meat and rich nutrition, which is favored by foreign businessmen and sold to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other places, and the products are in short supply.

In order to help Yang Hongsheng and his family out of poverty as soon as possible, Yang Xinjian, first secretary of the county's United Front work Department in the village, not only won 5000 yuan in poverty aid for Yang Hongsheng's youngest son, Yang Shanshan, in the autumn of 2016, but also won a 50, 000 yuan discount loan from the county poverty alleviation office to help his family raise Loach.

"raising Loach is a technical job." Li Xianzhi said that sometimes when the Loach gets sick, it is necessary to find the root of the disease and prescribe the right medicine. Li Xianzhi also raises ricefield eels and plans to expand the scale this year.

"my Loach is in short supply. At the same time, I also hope to drive the poor families around me to grow Loach together to become rich." Li Xianzhi said that many villagers came to learn from her the experience of raising Loach. On the day of the reporter's interview, Yang Hongsheng was invited to give a lecture by several farmers in Xincai County. Yang Hongsheng said that in such a situation, he would unreservedly pass on the experience he had accumulated to them.

According to Yang Xinjian, the first secretary of the village, he will give more support to Yang Hongsheng and his wife in the next step, increasing efforts in land circulation and financial support.
