Cao Yongli, 44, a native of Yangcun, Huizhou District, Huangshan City, Anhui Province, was paralyzed by an accident in 1992 and needed a wheelchair in his daily life. In 2001, Cao Yongli took advantage of the local "Huangshan Maofeng" main producing area to set up a tea factory. He used the money he had earned from opening an audio and video store, coupled with loans, to buy, process and sell tea. Now, Cao Yongli's Fuxi people's Tea Industry Co., Ltd. in Huizhou District has an annual output value of 12 million yuan, and its tea products are sold overseas. Since the founding of the tea factory, Cao Yongli has made unimaginable hardships and efforts, and has also received a lot of concern and encouragement. At present, Cao Yongli's tea factory has tried its best to raise the purchase price for the tea sent by disabled tea farmers, and has also recruited six disabled people. At the same time, Cao Yongli has also provided long-term targeted assistance to three children from poor disabled families to go to school.
