On March 16, 1991, Yuan Taming and his wife boarded a southbound train and came to Guangzhou. Although they had no skills, the couple were somewhat educated and could bear hardships and stand hard work. They were soon favored by the boss of a cattle farm. During the day when working in the cattle farm, Yuan Taiming and his wife raised cattle meticulously from morning to night, and at night, they took the time to read the books on raising cows bought from the bookstore to enrich their theoretical knowledge. In this way, Yuan Taiming and his wife are becoming more and more comfortable with their breeding work, and they are often praised by their boss.

Aquaculture has been done for 10 years. At night, Yuan Taiming and his wife miss their relatives in their hometown more and more. Children need to be accompanied, and elderly parents need to be taken care of. Yuan Tai-Ming and his wife decided to bring the breeding skills they learned to their hometown so that they could both support and take care of their families.

Yuan Taiming and his wife told their ideas to the boss, who was deeply moved and thought that they had a sense of filial piety and responsibility, and immediately agreed to support Yuan Taiming and his wife to return to their hometown to start a business.

In October 2011, with the strong support of the Wuyang town party committee, the government and the Caojia village branch, the couple rented a place that had been idle in the village for many years and spent a week going through the relevant formalities. More than 700,000 yuan was invested to build a cattle farm of more than 2000 square meters. Yuan Taiming bought 100 fertile cows from other places and hired five villagers to help raise them.

Due to the heavy wage burden of the workers, they lost tens of thousands of yuan in a year, excluding the cost.

Yuan Taiming was not discouraged. The next year, he bought another 100 fertile cows. In order to reduce expenses, the couple eat and live in the farm and raise them carefully, and the benefit increases year by year.

Lead more than 50 villagers to go to the well-off road

Yuan Tai-Ming, who has many years of experience in the army, has a heart of selfless dedication. He often says, "it is not rich if you are rich, but it is only when you drive the villagers to get rich."

After the farm was on the right track, Yuan Taiming went to the village to do work as soon as he had spare time, encouraging surrounding villagers to make use of the natural resources of the village to raise cattle. At the same time, he also trained the villagers free of charge and taught them farming skills.

Soon, Yuan Taiming mobilized dozens of villagers, such as Tang Yuzhong and Shi Chaobao, from Caojia Village eight groups, and raised fertile cows at home.

Tang Yuzhong told reporters that his family raised more than 100 fertile cows and gave birth to cubs every year. He calculated an account for the reporter. The cattle he raised were not fed, but were fed with corn, sweet potatoes and surrounding forage from his home. Each cow that can breed can give birth to one calf a year, and the calf can be bought for 3000 to 4000 yuan each, and the price is likely to rise when the market is good. Therefore, one year's income far exceeds that of migrant workers.

In order to ensure that the cows and beef cattle raised by the villagers can be sold at a good price, Yuan Taiming often travels to cattle slaughterhouses in Shanghai, Kunming, Chongqing, Fengdu and other places to sign sales contracts.

Over the past six years, driven by Yuan Taming and his wife, more than 50 villagers in the village have given up working outside the village and found the "golden key" to become rich and well-off at their doorstep. Only raising fertile cows will increase the income of each household by more than 20,000 yuan.
